We attended the Pasta night and the service was excellent.
The reason I rated your value at six was because my two year-old granddaughter was charged for her meal that consisted of a small portion of pasta with butter and Parmesan cheese… nothing else.
I was a bit surprised that that was the case when I saw my bill that I received on my account.
If this is your policy that very young children gets charged for their meal that’s fine just a bit surprised.

Well managed restaurant with excellent servers and kitchen staff. Menu is limited but everyone enjoyed their choices. As an aside, pasta night is a great value and the chefs do a great job. One suggestion...please replace the worn out leather chairs outside the restaurant...poor first impression for guests.

We chose to celebrate Mother's Day a day early. We had a wonderful meal with excellent service on Saturday evening. It was really lovely being able to have our meal in the Greenside Dining Room in the evening - no crowds and the service was very attentive. Gold Star experience for sure!

There were four of us in our party. I had noted on the reservation it was husband’s birthday so when we arrived, he was greeted by Jones with a happy birthday greeting and welcome! We were seated in a very nice booth. It was a nice way to visit. Our server, Sourav, came and introduced himself. We had had the pasta buffet and the chefs prepared excellent dishes for us all! Between Sourav and Jones, we had wonderful table service from start the finish! Definitely will be back for the pasta night at Sarnia Golf and Curling Club!

We are very impressed with the staff. They go well beyond their job description.
They have been very helpful with my disabled husband.
The food has been excellent. Wish you would add some of the recipes from the dinners to the menu. E.g. rainbow trout in beet marinade, chakalaka.
Wine events are very informative and enjoyable.

It was a special occasion with surprise out of town guests. Wait staff were welcoming, flexible, positive and pleasant throughout.
The Madagascar beef was surprisingly spicy hot even for a tolerant palate. Some caution would be advisable.
The pasta night is still good value, but less so as options/choices disappear and portions become more measured.

The service for the Caribbean and the Asian nights were exemplary!! The food was beyond amazing. The entertainment was very good, especially the Asian night! Wow!
We did fin however, we were seated at the table near the entertainment for the Caribbean night and we were with guests. It was impossible to talk to one another because it was very loud. It was very disappointing for us and also the friends we brought. We anticipated dinner background music . This time we requested a table further away from the entertainment and were able to have a conversation. If the musician from the Asian night was playing in the area downstairs we would definitely go to see him! Well done to the team!!!

I had a great visit with two friends enjoying the beautiful view at a window table.
The waitress was attentive and pleasant. My choice of food was delicious and
presented well on corn tortillas. The other two had a large serving of something else which they could not finish. I strongly suggest that the wall barrier prevents the
enjoyment of the view for others and that the menu could be shorter and presented
in a classier way as this is not a hamburger joint.

My husband and I go often to the golf club for pasta night. A great night that starts with a glass of wine soup or salad and garlic bread. The pasta is at a made to order area where the chef give you the option of pastas , usually a short pasta a long one and a stuffed pasta. We always order the ravioli when they have it stuffed with mushrooms. And the options which include shrimp , chicken ,meatballs and too many veggies to mention. The choice of sauces is amazing , Alfredo ,marinara, pesto and a combo of whichever you like. I highly recommend pasta night here. Great service and good food.
Also I have to mention they have a great policy for allergies and gluten free options as well, I can’t say enough about how serious the staff treat allergies.

We were a party of 10 and did not like the buffet style 3 at a time for pasta night. First one done before last one was served. Food was good, but Would much prefer to be served at the table. Jennifer did an excellent job, but was run off her feet. Club needs to hire more good staff! I noticed that the chair seats are getting very tattered looking, not very impressive for our guests to see.

We go often to the golf and curling club . This time we went and had the ricotta and mushroom ravioli and asked the chef to make it the way she thinks it should be served. She added a bit of onion and bacon , heavy cream and Parmesan. It was on of the best pastas my husband and I have ever had.
We both very much recommend pasta night at the golf club.
