My daughter, granddaughter and I spent a wonderful time. We chose the afternoon tea option. Everything was absolutely fantastic: the place, the atmosphere, the chinaware, the friendliness of the staff and their advice and attention and of course the tea, sandwiches and cakes. So delicious! This is one of the best moments we have had in London ever . We highly recommend Candella Tea Room, do not forget to book!

Loved the experience; the decor, the little sandwiches, the scones, and the pastries were adorable and delicious. Very sweet and helpful staff! There is a wide variety of teas and the sweet lady who works there helped me pick out a tea as a gift for a friend. She has a lot of knowledge about the different types of tea and was very patient. Highly recommend!

3 of us booked ahead and had a lovely window table. The tea came in large pots and the savories/ sweets were delicious. We loved Candella because it was intimate, relaxing and informal - unlike most of the hotel corporate presentations. We highly recommend this sweet tea room close to Kensington Palace and park. Book ahead.

We loved the services, presentation, tea selections and the food! Particularly the sandwiches and scones. They were the highlight of the day! The tarts were too sweet for us. There was a slice of cake with jam and butter. It did not stand out because it tastes like a soft version of the scone. If the filling was something else, it probably would help. The velvet cake was delicious. It was rich but smooth. Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely recommend it to others.

A unique experience in a heartwarming atmosphere; we enjoyed a tasteful selection of delicious savoury and sweet treats, together with a perfectly brewed pot of the best tea out there. All served in cozy tea pottery, in a charming room and with the pleasant smile of the so nice staff. I suggest this experience to everyone, no matter what, but there is surely a reason why you deserve such a prize!

Love, love, love our experience at Candella Tea Room. My husband was a little iffy about joining me and our daughter, but was very happy he joined us. The eclectic china and seating where charming, there was a wide variety of teas from which to choose, the server was very knowledgeable, the sandwiches, scones and cakes were delicious and plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. All three of us would definitely recommend!

Candella Tea Room was the perfect spot for afternoon tea. Not only was it cozy and a dream sitting there, but the service was so nice, and we didn't feel rushed at all. A very lovely London experience! The scones were slightly dry. We liked the macaron and the sponge cake best on the top tier. The finger sandwiches were especially good. The wait staff was especially lovely!
