A very lovely London experience! The scones were slightly dry. We liked the macaron and the sponge cake best on the top tier. The finger sandwiches were especially good. The wait staff was especially lovely!

It was the best afternoon tea I’ve ever tried, the tea room is a little jewel close to Kensington and Notting Hill. Only a few tables for the best experience with your friends or to treat yourself, book in advance! It was perfection! I arrived about 15 minutes early and was worried I’d have to wait outside but they were able to accommodate me immediately. They were kind and polite throughout. The scones were incredible and the apricot peach tea was heavenly. It was perfectly charming and beautiful inside and had a great selection of options to build your own afternoon tea service. Definitely need to make a reservation though! 10/10 would do it again!

A delightful experience: the service was impeccable, the owner and staff absolutely lovely and attentive, and the place in itself - both in terms of location, decor and attention to detail - was stunning. Food quality excellent, as well as the selection of teas, and the price very reasonable considering what is offered. Special mention for the playlist: it really enhanced the atmosphere. Thank you so much for making this already special day (citizenship ceremony) even more perfect! I will be back and have already told everyone I know about Candella.

My daughter and I are not tea drinkers. The two gentlemen were patient and helped us make great tea choices. It was an overall positive experience and a great time spent with my daughter. The lower rating of food is only because we are not seafood eaters otherwise great choices of food.
