This place is beautifully quaint, the ambience, crockery, and table settings were excellent, the service 5 stars, the scones were delicious. The sandwiches could be of a greater variety. However, all in all it is a lovely place to go for a great treat. The staff were superb, very friendly, polite and courteous. I recommend this place highly. A great treat. Thank you.

nice and intimate, great location, great staff. Furniture we sat in was falling apart and was duct taped, so fixing these things will help elevate score. All the food and tea was top notch and it didnt feel super touristy.

thank you so much to Marcus and Lorenzo who were so kind and accommodating to my friend who is dairy intolerant. A delightful experience: the service was impeccable, the owner and staff absolutely lovely and attentive, and the place in itself - both in terms of location, decor and attention to detail - was stunning. Food quality excellent, as well as the selection of teas, and the price very reasonable considering what is offered. Special mention for the playlist: it really enhanced the atmosphere. Wonderful staff and very tasty food. Small and intimate. Well presented and lovely American standard music playing softly in the background. Dining alone, the manager was chatting with me throughout, thoughtfully engaging me in conversation. They also wrote directions to the nearest Tube station and gave me some wonderful ideas for off the beaten track sites…like Temple Church. It isn’t the cheapest option out there, but who can put a price on a truly wonderful experience?

An utterly fantastic place to enjoy the English tradition of tea or afternoon tea in a charming space quite close to Kensington Palace at a fraction of the tariff charged by the bigger name, glitzy venues. Everything was better than expected! Excelent cosy place, helpful and efficient staff . The Best scones I ‘ve ever had!! Delicious , tasty and creamy passion fruit dessert ! Everything was superb! We really enjoyed it!!!
