Service was friendly but the only thing lacking, waitress/waiters kept going past our table but not collecting our main meal plates that were empty. We asked for the desert menu and the plates were still left there so we decided we would leave and have desert elsewhere.

Great food for brunch and nice views. Amazing creche, the "teachers" were very professional and really lovely. A little noise after noon. Manager Anastasia was helpful and efficient. Only critique is that service staff were not good at all, we had to ask for everything a few times, we received things we had not ordered and had things missing, needed to chase them around the place for anything. But would go back- perhaps earlier in the morning before it gets too busy.

We loved the service - so attentive but not over the top. The view was gorgeous and had a lovely evening. The starter of calamari was excellent - really tasty and the sauce/dip was delicious. The mains were very nice but the piri piri chicken could do with a bit more of a flavour kick as could the crayfish linguine. The portions were a great size for the price. Overall we had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend and come back again.

I've been for lunch here on a Sunday several times and it's great. Lovely environment and ambience, great food and very good value. My very tiny negative is that the acoustics are bad and it can be noisy - difficult for older people or the hard of hearing - but there's nothing really that can be done about that.

Was very impressed with the venue, location and views. Am a regular at Hudson’s nearby and although the food was excellent; starters tasty and beef bourgignon and side vegetables delicious, the
service was not at the right level and the staff seemed very inexperienced and new to the role.
Very little thought to PPE or social distancing rules and staff clearly not trained on this.
A large party was gathered in the bar next door again with no rules being applied on covid 19 prevention.

Many good things to enjoy, especially the venue and location beside the river. 4 of us had Sunday lunch, the roasts were good, halloumi and roast vegetables basically had NO roast vegetables, just salad. Our meals took a long time to arrive not helped by our order being delivered to another table in error. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff tried hard to put the problems right.

Love the setting and everyone did their utmost (waiting staff and creche staff) to make it a great experience. The full English breakfast was good, but the “Dutch” wafels (which are actually Belgian I believe) were too sugary and tasted as if they were store bought. If you want to keep the menu simple it’s probably better to replace them by pancakes that you bake on the spot. Just a thought.
We love the idea of a creche for the kids and we will be back to see if we can get them to actually play there a bit more :)

We had a very good time and a perfectly good Sunday lunch. The location is exquisite and the service is extremely friendly.
In these a Covid times, where we as clients all wear facemasks on arrival until we are seated , please could all serving staff where their face masks properly over both mouth and nose, which was definitely not happening by the men serving us.
Nonetheless a great afternoon was had by all.

They've done a fantastic job with this relatively new use of space. In the context of a pandemic they'd made it all easy but felt very safe and considered.

Great experience. Well presented, very tasty food, especially the tapas themed starters, with a superb view over the Thames. The team managed the current challenges of Covid-19 very well indeed. We will return soon.
