Frequently Asked Questions- I have a gig ticket, how do I get a table downstairs?
- At the moment, we're treating the upstairs and downstairs as separate venues. So your gig ticket will get you a table upstairs for the duration of the show. Before or after that you'll need to book a table downstairs through TableAgent.
- Do I need to wear a face mask?
- Yes, for the safety of other guests and also for the safety of our team you will need to wear a mask when arriving at the venue. When you are sat at your table, you may remove it but you'll need to put it back on to go to the bathroom and when you leave the venue.
- Do I need to provide details for NHS track and trace?
- Yes, the current government guidelines state that every member of your group must share details with NHS track and trace as a requirement for entry. We will have handy QR codes for you to scan to make this nice and easy.
- Can I book more than one table?
- No. The current government guidelines state that we can only accept bookings up to a maximum of 6 people for one group per day. Any groups found to be booking multiple tables will have all their bookings cancelled.
- Do I need to book in advance?
- To guarantee your spot, we highly recommend you book in advance online. Under social distancing we are operating at a reduced capacity and we can't promise we'll have space for your group otherwise. Although we do keep a number of spots available for walk-ins.
- What happens if I'm running late?
- As we are operating at a reduced capacity after a hard year for our industry, every table counts. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes but after that we will assume your booking to be cancelled. As a result we may then give your table to someone else.
