SUGGESTION: Why not have customers take a number to be waited on in turn at the take-out counters? I went in to the restaurant today to get items from the deli and bakery and was told that the same staff person would help me at both areas. Meanwhile, a woman who came in after me started giving her bakery order to one of the staff, and a man who came in after HER gave his order to a guy behind the deli counter.... all while I had been waiting there for over 15 minutes. So I left. If numbers were called in order, you could eliminate this confusion and aggravation.
