Terrarium is a concept restaurant centered around vegetarian cuisine. We plan to focus mainly on not using any animal protein, and focusing on local, seasonal products. Terrarium aims to be a restaurant aware of the future stakes of the hospitality industry, whether it be environmental impact, workers' health, or customer awareness.

At Terrarium, we want our customers to get more than just a culinary experience. We are willing to make their time with us as interactive and involving as possible, hoping that they will carry with them a bit of our vision and values about what it means to eat food.

I had an amazing experience, the food was absolutely delicious and wonderfully plated, the service was wonderful and the decoration stunning. The only bad thing I have to say is that it's only a pop-up and I won't be able to go back. Thank you so much to everyone that contributed to Terrarium, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with outside of the Institute!

Miso pistachio butter for me a bit too much lemon zest, can’t feel the richness of miso nor the pistachio. We can tell the group did a lot of effort, nice try !
