We have eaten at North Shore Chop House numerous times and the service, Ambience and food have always been great. Our last visit here was the best yet ! ! ! My wife and I both had one of the special of the night, Mahi Mahi. Let me tell you, it was delicious ! ! ! The fish was pan fried (I believe), cooked perfect. It was served with rice and some carrots. The rice was very tasty and moist (loved it) and the carrots were cooked perfectly. We have always been satisfied with the quality of our food there but I have to say THIS WAS THE BEST WE HAVE HAD THERE. And then there is the service. They have the best waitstaff, hostess and bar tender that can be had. If you have never been here, may I suggest you go. You will not be disappointed ! ! !

Everything was excellent except for the bill. We unfortunately didn't look at it until we had gotten home and did not have the half price taken off of our 2 bottles of wine. Lesson learned on taking time to look at the bill and not count on it being correct. Other than this, everything was excellent!

As always, we had a lovely dinner Friday. We had a new waitress that she told us upfront it was her first night on her own. I told her I was dairy and gluten free. My salmon came out with the sauce on it, which I knew I would not be able to eat as I had requested no sauce on it. The manager and waitress were on top of it and were very apologetic and replaced my meal. I have a good understanding for errors with my dietary restrictions and greatly appreciated everyones promptness in dealing with my meal. In addition it was greatly appreciated that we were not charged for my meal. Thank you for truly caring about customer service! We will be back to support your establishment!

Always an enjoyable dining experience! One thing I thought was strange. Another couple dined with us and the husband asked if he could have mashed potatoes with his meal which wasn’t offered on this particular menu choice. Our server went into the kitchen to ask and came back to the table and said “No” they couldn’t do that. He asked if he could have a baked potato which he received no problem. Didn’t think too much of this until my wife received her dinner which included ….mashed potatoes! Therefore I certainly think our dinner guest could have been accommodated. Not a big deal but I’m sure it was noticed by our guest who was dining at your restaurant for the first time. Just thought I’d pass this along.

We were there to celebrate two birthdays in our group of four. All four of us ordered something different and each of us loved our meal. The scallops were fantastic, the lamb shank was perfect, the ribeye and the petite sirloin were cooked perfectly. All sides were delicious. The desserts were also delicious! Our waitress was so knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The ambience was really relaxing and attractive. All in all a really excellent visit.

Amazing food! My wife and I were recommended to come here so we celebrated our 5 year anniversary tonight and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time.
We started with the bacon slab - HIGHLY recommend! I had the ribeye and she had the chicken piccata. Both were phenomenal. Our waitress was great as well. We were offered a free dessert for the occasion and had the NY cheesecake with caramel drizzled over the top. I’m somewhat of a cheesecake connoisseur and I’d rate it right up there with some of the better ones I’ve had.
The total bill before tip was just under $130 but I didn’t feel that was any worse than most other supper clubs and fancier restaurants worth their weight in Wisconsin. We’ll definitely be back and this place for sure lived up to the hype.

After experiencing a meal here I would have to agree with Google's 4.8 rating. The bartenders were personable, friendly and efficient. They were able to carry on conversations and welcome newcomers all while slinging drinks. Once we were seated I ordered the lamb shank with a Caesar salad, my date had beef medallions with mushroom soup. Everything was very good however I found the Caesar to be mediocre at best. The service from our young waitress was excellent. She was very familiar with the menu and specials and unafraid to make recommendations. I would not hesitate to return and explore their other fare offerings.

I give this place a perfect rating! From wait staff to chefs. Best steak I have had in a long time. Our waitress was very nice and courteous. She was very good at her job!

We love this place. Although it doesn't have the most intimate atmosphere, the food & service are awesome. They have a lot of specialty cocktails as well as a nice selection of wines. I highly recommend the salted caramel old fashioned, yum.

I wish I could give this more than a 10! Superb food especially the lobster bisque with house made focaccia and the white fish shrimp ceviche!! My dinner partner compared the bisque to Maine and her scallops were "better than San Diego" at an upscale seafood place. Chef Paige is AWESOME! Can't believe this is so nearby!

We have been to have dinner 4-5 times now and the food and service is fantastic. We love to sit at the high tops in the bar area and have always been taken care of and this place always exceeds our expectations. thank you for everything you guys do! keep it up.
