Your Chef Paige is making your place shine!!! The Risotto was some of the best I have ever had. I am a retired Chef so I appreciate the effort. I used the leftover this morning and I make Risotto cakes with poached eggs and lemon butter. Loved the sunset at your Restaurant!!!

I was disappointed in my girlfriend’s birthday experience. This was the second time we’ve visited and our first dinner was amazing. I bought the filet mignon with potatoes and asparagus. The steak was unflavored, and the rest of the plate tasted like something I could’ve made at home. I expected a fine dining experience instead of a home-cooked meal. Before visiting I told them that it was my girlfriend’s birthday, and there was no recognition when we were seated. Not even a small dessert to celebrate her special day. We will not be coming back.

My wife and I both love North Shore - our favorite place to go for a quiet night out. Our kids know it and give us gift certificates for there. If there is one thing I would change, it is the music volume. The volume in the lower dining area needs a separate control from the upper area.

I have been to several highgrade sushi and seafood markets. I decided to order your ahi tuna poke bowl. When the server brought it out, i was amazed. The tuna was so fresh and so delicious. Thank you chef Paige. My whites, lobster, tail and her potato and green beans were all phenomenal. I also left a great review on Yelp. For you guys.

All our food was excellent and the waitress was phenomenal. My only complaint is that the sea bass was extremely salty. The saltiness overpowered the taste of the fish. Also, it would have been helpful to be told the price of the specials without having to ask.

My friend and I came up here for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city and stayed at a quaint little cottage on Lamp Road. North Shore chophouse was recommended and, this restaurant did not disappoint. I highly recommend North Shore Chophouse and being from Chicago and having visited many steakhouses, I can assure you that the food here is superb.

We have eaten at North Shore Chop House numerous times and the service, Ambience and food have always been great. Our last visit here was the best yet ! ! ! My wife and I both had one of the special of the night, Mahi Mahi. Let me tell you, it was delicious ! ! ! The fish was pan fried (I believe), cooked perfect. It was served with rice and some carrots. The rice was very tasty and moist (loved it) and the carrots were cooked perfectly. We have always been satisfied with the quality of our food there but I have to say THIS WAS THE BEST WE HAVE HAD THERE. And then there is the service. They have the best waitstaff, hostess and bar tender that can be had. If you have never been here, may I suggest you go. You will not be disappointed ! ! !

Everything was excellent except for the bill. We unfortunately didn't look at it until we had gotten home and did not have the half price taken off of our 2 bottles of wine. As always, we had a lovely dinner Friday. We had a new waitress that she told us upfront it was her first night on her own. I told her I was dairy and gluten free. My salmon came out with the sauce on it, which I knew I would not be able to eat as I had requested no sauce on it. The manager and waitress were on top of it and were very apologetic and replaced my meal. I have a good understanding for errors with my dietary restrictions and greatly appreciated everyones promptness in dealing with my meal. In addition it was greatly appreciated that we were not charged for my meal. Thank you for truly caring about customer service! We will be back to support your establishment!

This was our first time dining at your restaurant. Everything was great. Our only complaint or problem was we were seated by 2 tables who were very loud and we had trouble hearing each other.

Our server, Jenna, was so kind and very attentive. Our meal was amazing. Loved the booth. Perfect for our family of three. Drinks were so good. We had the bacon, bisque, scallops, ribeye and fried shrimp. Took home a birthday dessert because we were too full. Thank you!!
