I think this is my third graduating class luncheon. All good. Our two servers were professional, informative and friendly. Was a little surprised that the Noodle Bowl was cold...was not advertised as such. Delicious, ate it all. Deserts were yummy. Will attend the next one.

I liked everything about Basil from the waiters to the cooks and chefs. I especially like the concept and enthusiasm. A brilliant concept to give these talented people a great start in the culinary arts. Kudos to all!

I thought the food was very vibrant and current with some local culinary trends. Everything was beautifully presented and the taste profile was good. The menu I thought was a little too "dietary restriction" driven for me as I am a carnivore by nature. The cucumber spiral was a nice on the melon salad but when we found it again in the noodle dish it gave the impression that somebody got a new toy and I'm gonna use it everything. The gnocchi were so light and fluffy truly fantastic I think some salty pancetta lardons or pork belly gratons would have set this dish over the top. Chef Rebecca and chef Zach are doing a wonderful job with these students. The dessert was phenomenal the peanut butter and jelly was my favorite. Good job guys but I personally need protein. Maybe a free range chicken, a grillade or tournedos situation would have been my go to. The service was a little lack luster as lunch took over an hour from start to finish with dropping silver and loads of apologies. Great job guys fr fr no cap
