I found out about this event from the Downtown Development Newsletter and booked a reservation for my friend's birthday. We had a great experience and look forward to attending future events. We tried a variety of items on the menu and everything was excellent. The food was the perfect spice level for my friend. In general, I enjoy spicier than average but the flavors shined and pleased without more heat. The atmosphere was lovely. I wish my friends birthday had been acknowledged as it is when you make a reservation using opentable/resy... they ask upon arrival who's birthday we are celebrating/tell them happy birthday. It wasn't and that's okay, its just something I feel can add an extra flair to the service aspect, even if they don't sing (which is unnecessary) or bring out a small dessert bite. The mentioning of the occasion makes it feel worthwhile when the reservation site asks if there is a special occasion. On this occasion, we were waiting for the paratha (bread) for a while to use with our paneer appetizer and it came last after our meals though we mentioned we'd like it served with appetizers. The dining room was filling up quickly by the end of our meal so we were provided the dessert menu, but by the time the server was free again, we had to grab her and ask to check out to get back to work. I'm purely mentioning these things as feedback since asked. However, this did not detract from our excellent experience. We were understanding and appreciative of getting to attend and will try to continue to do so in the future.

Everything was wonderful. It was a great time to see these new upcoming chefs to be in action. The setting was very nice, especially with the natural sunlight coming in. Sylvia a student there was rocking it out and made the shrimp to perfection! Can’t wait to see what’s next for these students!

We had a wonderful experience although the service was a little slow.

Me and a coworker went twice. Both times the experience was great. The food was delicious. Can't wait for the next one!!!!

Great space and concept! Everything was great except it seemed like the servers/ hosts were confused and not communicating. We had different servers ask us the same questions or tell us the same thing the one previously said. Apps were delicous and came out timely, however we wanted for our entrees for about an hour and we had to go back to work. The servers were proactive by checking in on the orders and Ti rectified this by stepping in, rushing our orders to go and giving us a dessert and comped bill for our trouble. Outside of that, we had a great time and look forward to doing it again. Thank you!
