The Hop Factory is Newcastle's ultimate craft beer dining experience, offering both a craft beer restaurant & function facilities on Newcastle's most famous eat street - Darby Street. We have 20 taps of craft beer, one of the biggest and best ranges of Aussie & Imported in Newcastle, with a strong emphasis on food matching and a wine list exclusively featuring our local Hunter Valley vineyards.

Our Dishes are inspired by both traditional and modern Italian recipes from the cuisine offered throughout many varied regions of Italy, from the Piedmont in the North to Sicily in the South. We have also added a few local favourites from the Hunter Region which is renown for its wines and local produce.
