At the Main Ingredient restaurant inside the Medford Gospel Mission, each meal is planned, prepared, and served by a team made up of our program participants, local church volunteers and staff, providing an excellent opportunity for practicing relationships and hospitality together in a fun and relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant-style dining room with a restaurant quality meal and experience at no cost to our dinner guests.

Perched on the end of a public pier with a panoramic bay view on Newport’s historic Bayfront, Saffron Salmon showcases northwest cuisine utilizing local and fresh ingredients.
