Hidden GEM 10-Course Dining Experience

To make sure your Adult Only experience 12 years and older with Hidden GEM is seamless, please read the information below.

Your pre-paid amount covers the tasting menu 6.5% Sales Tax & 20% Service Fee for each guest.
This excludes wine pairings, glasses, bottles, or other beverages. Guests will be invited to decide on these upon arrival if not pre purchased+6.5 Sales Tax & 20% Service Fee.

Hidden GEM allows 2.5 hours per seating, counting from the original reservation time.

If you are delayed, please inform us at 720-897-3855. To provide a seamless experience to our guests, the dining experience operates under a predefined script where the kitchen setup evolves throughout the dinner, so parties that are more than 15 minutes will skip parts of the tasting menu experience as the kitchen will be unable to return to the beginning of the menu past the 15-minute tolerance time.

Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to respect the experience start time of the reservation promptly at 6:30 PM. DOORS OPEN AT 6PM. A waiver will be emailed to you from Earth Illuminated please have it filled out and signed before Reservation Day/Time.

If your guest count moves below the reservation's original number, the deposit for the missing guests will be lost.

Hidden GEM cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, seafood-free, or lactose-free diets. Exposure to nuts and/or shellfish possible.

Tasting Menu cannot be altered. Please be aware that the kitchen will not accommodate food restrictions announced upon arrival. Please email [email protected] with questions about specific ingredients regarding allergy concerns or wheelchair accommodations.
