We didn't have food so couldn't rate it. But drinks were all excellent. Nice atmosphere.
A choice of food, pizza would work better in the situation I think.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Lots of space to feel safe. Great staff, delicious drinks. We'll be coming back!
Even though pouring with rain it’s a pretty spot to be sitting in. We didn’t eat so reason for my rating. I’m sure it would have been as delicious as the gin

This was our first drinks out since Feb! We felt TOAD have a fantastic set up. They have created a lovely relaxed environment and we were really happy to be there. The app ordering was easy and effective and the bar/waiting staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Drinks selection was good and the pink gin went down a treat. Pizza was a welcome treat too. Will be going back.

Really well spaced out garden for drinks, very good for social distancing. The staff were super friendly and the cocktails are amazing.

We had a lovely time - very nice atmosphere and lovely drinks. Would have been good to just have table numbers for the app maybe - we kept ordering drinks to the wrong place!
Overall a lovely day, the staff were rather stressed by what I thought was an innocuous request to pay for the tasting that they were already setting up to run. I explained I didn't need a person just the list of beverages and testers but this seemed to cause an disproportionate amount of stress to the staff which was entirely unintentional. The app for ordering didn't work terribly well and there is no mechanism to put allergies into the app at all which resulted in a drink I was allergic to. I did not bring this up to the staff as they were far too stressed to handle normal queries so bringing up a genuine problem I think may have floored the poor people. Suggestions: 1. Put in place a system for indicating allergies 2. Implement a program to reduce staff stress levels. 3. Choose a better ordering app.
Really good value for the drinks. The APP for ordering wasn’t easy and we managed to submit an order twice which TOAD were not able to resolve for us. Three hours at the table is probably more than is needed, I suspect some people didn’t turn up as, although fully booked, there were empty tables. Perhaps you should have to pay upfront for a round. COVID wise it was fine, sanitiser on tables, but I’d have been happier if they had also cleaned the tables as we sat down. Will go back!
