The Manager and designated Party Assistant were fantastic

Table service was awesome thankyou to Kyle . The food needs improvement kids meals were good come out at a decent time however half didn't eat their meals. Unfortunately the adult meals that were ordered were not great , very average abit disappointing . Unfortunately one of the kids had an accident around the baby area where its been mopped all the mats were wet from water getting underneath. The child banged his head as water got underneath. Other then that my child had a lovely time celebrating his birthday with his friends

Hello, overall the concept of the place with decent food, playground and cheap drinks is great! Unfortunately lack of customer service skills and cleanliness were apparent on Sunday (Mothers Day). - No serviettes or cutlery given when food brought out to table. - 3 lots of sliders ordered and staff weren’t sure which were which when we received them. - Kids meal order came out wrong. - First table we sat at the floor and table very sticky. - Disliked not having menus, the board was difficult and not easy to view. Images and description online were blurry. Could maybe introduce QR code menu & ordering. Hopefully these minor issues can be addressed for better improvement and experience. Thank you
