Booking Notes:
We are no longer accepting reservations on our second floor of the Analog Room and Outdoor Beer Garden on weekends (Friday through Sunday) and will be first come seating. We are only accepting reservations on our first main floor of the restaurant and sidewalk. We have a 15 minute grace period. Frequently Asked Questions- Is outdoor dining covered?
- No. Our outdoor dining area is not covered. We do have shade sails for sun covering; however, they do not protect from rain. We do have heat lamps on our Rooftop Beer Garden.
- What happens to my reservation outdoor dining if it rains?
- In case of unforeseen inclement weather, reservations will be canceled. It is the responsibility of the guests to re-book if so desired. Bistro on Bridge will not automatically re-book guests. Guests are encouraged to check weather prior to booking.
- Can we bring our pets for outside dining?
- Yes, pets are welcome for sidewalk dining only. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on our Rooftop Beer Garden
- What is the amount of people you can accommodate per party?
- Any party sizes 10+ guests will need to email events@bistroonbridge. To confirm a party of 15 or more, we require 24 hours notice and a credit card on file as a guarantee. We will not charge anything on this card, but in the event that you do not honor the reservation without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will charge a $50 fee on the card as a late cancellation / no show.
- What is your reservation policy for late arrivals?
- If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, Bistro on Bridge reserves the right to mark your reservation as a void/no-show or as cancellation of your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and the seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. Please note your reservation is for 90 minutes.
- What is your reservation policy?
- Party sizes 10 and less are encouraged to cancel reservation they will be unable to honor at least two hours in advance on the day of the reservation. Reservation requests for party of 15 or more, we require 24 hours notice and a credit card on file as a guarantee. We will not charge anything on this card, but in the event that you do not honor the reservation without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will charge a $50 fee on the card as a late cancellation / no show.
- Is my reservation and specific section guaranteed?
- No. If you are 15 minutes late, your reservation is not guaranteed. Please see our late arrival policy. We will always do our best to accommodate your seating selection request; however, due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee specific requests you selected at the time of your arrival. If you did not cancel your reservation, but you received an email cancellation notice, that means we have marked your reservation as a cancellation due if an issue suddenly affected Bistro on Bridge.
- Do you take reservations for upstairs Analog Room and Outdoor Beer Garden?
- We are no longer taking reservations on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday upstairs in our Analog Room and Outdoor Beer Garden. The Analog Room and Beer Garden will be first come seating. We do take reservations on our main floor dining.
- How long is my table reserved for and special requests guaranteed?
- We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes. Due to limited seating capacities, please be conscious of your dining time, so we may accommodate all of our guests. All guests must wear a face mask into and walking around the restaurant until you are seated at your table. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but are not always guaranteed due to volume.

Staff was excellent and accomodating and approached our table many times to apologize. Two in our party have celiac disease so hardpressed to find items that were marked GF that were available on Fathers Day. Service was extremely slow. Food was subpar. Prices not worth what was served. Waiter was pleasant and zealous about finding GF foods available that day so cudos to him and the other staff members who came to our table to help and to apologize.

Overall experience was disappointing. They were out of multiple food and wine selections. Also couldnt sit on rooftop even though the site allowed us to make reservation for that location. There was no notification that rooftop was closed. The service was extremely slow. We had to track down the server to place our order as well as ask for the check. And my sandwich was put together in a sloppy lopsided way, as well as being very dry. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Overall we had a very nice time. We did have reservations. However, when we walked in The hostess told me they were just cleaning off our table and I was waiting there and noticed they gave our table to someone else who just walked in. The hostess was flustered and then try to get us another table quickly. It just seems like they need a new system because there are several hostesses and one doesn’t know what the other one is doing or who is getting a what table. The people that work there are very nice but I think there can be an easier system in place especially for the hostesses.

We always love going to Bistro on Bridge and always have a terrific experience.
The only thing that we were frustrated about is that we made reservations almost a week prior and put in a special request to be outside and upstairs at a picnic table. However, when we arrived this was not an option and there was not much available outside in general. If there is a way to assign tables in advanced or something I think that should be done. Overall though it was great!

Given the recent reopen with limited/outdoor seating, I feel Bistro did a fantastic job of respecting space and keeping the diners comfortable. Seeing as many are still nervous to go into public, they handled the situation quite well. The hostess was very communicative on wait times and we saw tables being cleaned thoroughly in between diners; plastic cups and wrapped silverware were also appreciated. My only issue, and one I would hope the restaurant takes seriously with their staff, was the server's awareness for the customer's safety (this isn't a reflection of Bistro, but the server). We watched as they put their pen in their mouth on more than one occasion and had the mask lowered only over their mouth (nose exposed) at the tables. Thankfully, we saw this carelessness and had extra sanitizer and wipes available, but this concern isn't just for their safety - but how do they know a customer, who may have just touched that pen, is CV free? I was also a bit disappointed to see the bar staff handling fruits in drinks with their bare hands...We are open minded to the environment (obviously, given we were out and about too) and trying to be respectful of the wait staff having to expose themselves for their jobs, but watching his activity was a bit of a buzzkill.

I'd made a reservation and we were very late getting there. Thankfully, they held our table! Greatly appreciated! As we were running late for a show at Facetime Theater, the server got our drinks and apps and we made it on time. We came by after the show and the kitchen was out of several late night menu items. Cool outdoor space upstairs. Friendly server. Food took a little while, but times are strange so it's all good. Cubano tasted great. The bread was awesome. Kudos on that one. Only complaint was pricing. Especially for drinks. Most beers were overpriced by about a dollar. Phoenixville gentrification baby! I'll be back though.

The tables were separated nicely but it was a hot sunny day and a little more shade would have been nice. The staff was friendly and the food was adequate but hard to eat with the plastic knife and fork only. We were there for brunch. There were not many options for vegitarians or substitutions for those with nut allergies.
I was a bit concerned to see my server touching the outside of his mask and going from table to table without sanitizing his hands. There was a large bottle of what I can only assume to be hand sanitizer at the top of the stairs but it was empty and the sink to wash his hands was blocked, so I guess that would make it more difficult for our server to maintain proper hand hygiene. Maybe have complementary wipes at the table for patrons to wipe off the cups and other items brought over. Overall it was nice to leave the house for a meal.

I had made a reservation to be outside almost a week in advance, outside dinning is all I feel comfortable with right now. When we got there we were sat inside. We had to wait an extra 20 to 30 mins for a seat. The staff was so nice about it but we were told it’s cause they didn’t open the top up and had to call people to reschedule. But i choose to sit on the sidewalk so I shouldn’t have to oh for that. I just feel that it should be more organized. Again nothing with the staff and I know it’s challenging but it’s one thing to improve

We were so excited to be able to go out to eat again. However, our waitress was not very attentive and took a very long time to serve us our drinks and take our order. After our food was delivered, she seemed to have disappeared and did not come back for a while to check on us. By that time we needed a refill on drinks and had to flag down the hostess (manager?) to get them and our check for us.

Waited SO LONG even though we made a reservation. Took almost 30 min to be seated. Music was also really weird-- jumped from emo punk music to 80s pop to 70s folk. Strange.

Typically love this place but the dinner was kind of unsettling with what was on the TV. It was little kids needing surgery for cleft lips and it was on for over 15 minutes. It really upset my dinner date who was with us due to personal issues. It ruined his experience and his appetite. Usually love this place and never had a bad experience, this was the first.

We drove down from the Lehigh Valley as the beer list looked amazing. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The second floor "outside" location was fantastic as we had an opportunity to overlook main st under the warm sun. Service was fast and the food was cooked exactly as ordered. Great location. Great food. Great people. Highly recommended! Looking forward to the next time we have an opportunity to head down for another meal. Do yourself a favor and just make a reservation....you won't regret it (even in the new semi-covid-19 post reality).

4 people, 4 food disappointments. I love wings, and Bistro just can't make wings without them being dry, overcooked and chewy. French fries arrived cold and soggy. Fooled twice. Never again. But if all you want is a cold beer and a great place to drink it, this place is actually perfect.

I love the Bistro!!! One of my favorite places in Phoenixville.
You shouldn’t push the masks. I would make it optional.
I would also remove the tarp upstairs. I felt very stuffy and there wasn’t enough circulation.
I purchased 5 shots for my friends and was astonished that they were $7.50 each
Ouch!
Other than that, I had a nice time and I’m pretty sure my 4 friends did too.

The service was, unfortunately, pretty poor. After we were sat, we had to wait a long time for a server. Two other tables actually left. Then the orders were wrong and he kept forgetting our drinks. Long times between check ins. Perhaps they are low on servers?

Food was great, drinks great, service amazing but the heating laps at the roof top bar were horrible. My scalp was burning. We kept asking the server to turn it off from time to time but then it was immediately freezing, which I actually preferred over feeling like my body was going to melt. I was at Bistro for a work meeting and actually had to stop using my laptop bc it was HOT. I was worried about it in the extreme heat. Please regulate the temps or maybe only turn on every other lamp. I def it won’t be coming back to the roof until it’s nice out, unfortunately.

Overall experience was great as usual. The crispy ribs are by far my most favorite thing on the menu that keeps me coming back. If you like ribs, you have to give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Only negative mark for our experience was that we had reserved outdoor seating, we arrived on-time for our reservation, and was told we had to sit inside and upstairs. It was a beautiful day outside and we were looking forward to eating outside. Not sure what happened and why but we made the best of our time outside the house anyway.

Our server, and all others, had a mask, tables were at least six feet apart. They are handling the current situation as well as they can.

Great night. The restaurant really has the tables separated. We requested a rooftop table and the server (Julia I think) had to go up and down the steps all night but still have us great service! I don’t know how these restaurants are staying in business during this pandemic. So sad to see emptiness everywhere - I hope they can weather through! Food and drinks were great!

We were super excited to come tonight but food was horrible. We ordered wings and cauliflower and sent them back twice. Wings were cold inside and some were still pink. Absolutely no flavors for garlic Parmesan. They looked like they had been boiled and cheese melted on them. The cauliflower was completely mushy and not crunchy as it has been in the past.
The waiter that we had was very patient and understanding. Not sure of his name but we were upstairs and he was American American. We watched him clean table and whip down chairs. This was more that another woman did. She whipped tables but not chairs. Not impressed with the older gentleman server with glasses as he rarely had his mask on properly and walked around with it hanging down around neck.
I completely understand it was first night back but very disappointed in food and not sure we will return after $101 bill.
