Everything was great, as always. Our server, and all others, had a mask, tables were at least six feet apart. They are handling the current situation as well as they can. If you're on the fence about returning....it's time to go!
Always a great experience. Felt very comfortable with the protocols they have in place.
Amazing time. A tad expensive though.
Our server was fantastic! Kai went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Attentive but not over bearing , always friendly!
Kia provided great service. Enjoyed sitting outside.
Our waiter I forgot his name was very nice and he was very happy and the food was awesome even my husband who is very picky said it was very good!! My granddaughter and I also loved it but we were there before... VERY GOOD PLACE TO EAT!! Thank you
My table was ready when I arrived, the beer was cold and the food was tasty! The staff was excellent and friendly all while everyone maintained the new social distancing guidelines. It was great to be able to go out and enjoy a meal.
The staff is doing a great job handling the many changes that have been thrown at them due to COVID-19. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went!
Great to be out and Bistro on Bridge was excellent!
Love it! Had a great time, very beautiful space and lovely waitress :)
Service, food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. Cannot wait to go back!
Service was amazing
I was disappointed that when I booked outside dining I wasn’t seated technically outside. Customers should be warned.
Thank you for this Father's Day celebration as we were accommodated very nicely in regard to seating us immediately even though we were a little early and in an area that was cool & safe for my 80yr old father-in-law. Gianna was our waitress and she was fantastic! Service all around was great.
We came with a big group for a work function and loved it. Atmosphere was good as we sat up stairs outside, server was nice. We wish there was louder music, we heard it at first then it suddenly stopped once it got crowded.
Love the ambiance of the upstairs room/patio. Service was good and attentive. Food was OK, not stellar. Drinks a little overpriced.
Everything was top notch!! Had a 21st Bday dinner for my son and the management along with the servers went out of their way to make sure everything was top-notch!! Food was delicious along with the cocktails and beers!! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends because you went above and beyond with everything!! Thank you again!
Delicious! We’ll be back:)
Excellent service! Our server was super and such a delight! Very pleasant experience!
Perfect first night out!
Awesome job with keeping things safe, but fun during these uncertain times!
Always the best service at Bistro On Bridge! My wife and I frequent this restaurant every week for date night on Thursdays. During the Covid-19 shutdowns, we were still getting takeout every Thursday night. All of the staff are always awesome and attentive. The food and awesome craft beer selection is always amazing!
For being so new to the “new norm” of dining, bistro on bridge did a fantastic job. Our server was friendly and helpful and overall was a great first experience back out dining
Cool outdoor space upstairs. Friendly server. Food took a little while, but times are strange so it's all good. Cubano tasted great. The bread was awesome. Kudos on that one. Only complaint was pricing. Especially for drinks. Most beers were overpriced by about a dollar. Phoenixville gentrification baby! I'll be back though.
It was so nice eating at a restaurant again! Bistro made the experience feel like normal and my friends and I had a great time. The food was excellent and so were the drinks (strawberry mojitos). Thanks Bistro - we will definitely be back!
We were happy to get back out to dinner. The staff handled the guidelines really well.
We drove down from the Lehigh Valley as the beer list looked amazing. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The second floor "outside" location was fantastic as we had an opportunity to overlook main st under the warm sun. Service was fast and the food was cooked exactly as ordered. Great location. Great food. Great people. Highly recommended! Looking forward to the next time we have an opportunity to head down for another meal. Do yourself a favor and just make a reservation....you won't regret it (even in the new semi-covid-19 post reality).
My favorite place in Phoenixville, great service and the best beer selection I’ve ever seen in US! Highly recommended!
First time here and I loved it! The food was great, beautiful place, good service and very compliant with social distancing and other COVID-19 related processes.
The food and service was excellent. The gentlemen who seated us informed us of everything we needed to know to have a wonderful dining experience. Our server got us our beverages, app and food in a timely fashion so we could enjoy our full 90 minutes. I can't wait to go back!
So great to get out after 11 weeks. Fantastic time!
We had to be reseated due to open windows with a toddler. The young lady waiting on us was more than gracious. Very attentive and helpful.
Excellent service and great atmosphere and food as always! Thank you!
Overall experience was great as usual. The crispy ribs are by far my most favorite thing on the menu that keeps me coming back. If you like ribs, you have to give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Only negative mark for our experience was that we had reserved outdoor seating, we arrived on-time for our reservation, and was told we had to sit inside and upstairs. It was a beautiful day outside and we were looking forward to eating outside. Not sure what happened and why but we made the best of our time outside the house anyway.
Our waiter Kye was great. Very friendly and attentive!
Enjoyed getting out again. Great service and good food and drinks!
Rooftop was well spread out and felt comfortable for the current social distance requirement. I was not comfortable with the street seating as people walking by would be right on top of your food and many were not masked. Appreciated the access to handsanitizer. Love the bottomless brunch.
Overall experience met expectations even with health & safety measures in place which put a damper on the experience. Our server (Brianna?) was great. We will most likely return.
The tables were separated nicely but it was a hot sunny day and a little more shade would have been nice. The staff was friendly and the food was adequate but hard to eat with the plastic knife and fork only. We were there for brunch. There were not many options for vegitarians or substitutions for those with nut allergies. I was a bit concerned to see my server touching the outside of his mask and going from table to table without sanitizing his hands. There was a large bottle of what I can only assume to be hand sanitizer at the top of the stairs but it was empty and the sink to wash his hands was blocked, so I guess that would make it more difficult for our server to maintain proper hand hygiene. Maybe have complementary wipes at the table for patrons to wipe off the cups and other items brought over. Overall it was nice to leave the house for a meal.
I love the Bistro!!! One of my favorite places in Phoenixville. You shouldn’t push the masks. I would make it optional. I would also remove the tarp upstairs. I felt very stuffy and there wasn’t enough circulation. I purchased 5 shots for my friends and was astonished that they were $7.50 each Ouch! Other than that, I had a nice time and I’m pretty sure my 4 friends did too.
Please ask the waiters not to hold our cups on the rim where we put our mouths as bacteria from their hands can be left where we will ultimately drink from. Thank you! Or you can leave the pitcher on the table so we can pour the water ourselves. Thank you!
Overall great food and atmosphere. Only thing is the table right near the window has a fan blowing at the table which made it cold and our food came out before our appetizer.
Waited SO LONG even though we made a reservation. Took almost 30 min to be seated. Music was also really weird-- jumped from emo punk music to 80s pop to 70s folk. Strange. Other than that it was great!
Given the recent reopen with limited/outdoor seating, I feel Bistro did a fantastic job of respecting space and keeping the diners comfortable. Seeing as many are still nervous to go into public, they handled the situation quite well. The hostess was very communicative on wait times and we saw tables being cleaned thoroughly in between diners; plastic cups and wrapped silverware were also appreciated. My only issue, and one I would hope the restaurant takes seriously with their staff, was the server's awareness for the customer's safety (this isn't a reflection of Bistro, but the server). We watched as they put their pen in their mouth on more than one occasion and had the mask lowered only over their mouth (nose exposed) at the tables. Thankfully, we saw this carelessness and had extra sanitizer and wipes available, but this concern isn't just for their safety - but how do they know a customer, who may have just touched that pen, is CV free? I was also a bit disappointed to see the bar staff handling fruits in drinks with their bare hands...We are open minded to the environment (obviously, given we were out and about too) and trying to be respectful of the wait staff having to expose themselves for their jobs, but watching his activity was a bit of a buzzkill.
Rooftop deck can't be beat. The beers on tap are amazing, and staff and customers getting accustomed to the new normal after being closed for so long. The buffalo chicken pizza was OK but kinda dry, but the pretzel was yummy and fresh.
