Since our opening on July 18th 2018, our restaurant’s mission is to bring a taste of Italy and the Mediterranean region to your dinner table right here in the heart of “Port Saint Lucie”, Florida.
We went to great lengths in trying to find unique products imported right from Italy, and to create a menu that uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, for an authentic Italian fine dining experience.
Ristorante Corleone is a little different than your typical “Italian” restaurant. Our menu has almost no Italian-American influence, as we made a clear business choice to assert ourselves as “purist” ambassadors of the authentic Italian cuisine. A risky choice in the beginning, which has now paid off thanks to a strong and loyal following among the local population, who appreciates and supports what we do at our Restaurant.
Ristorante Corleone is not a cheap avenue either. Our prices average higher than similar establishments in the area. That is because we do not compromise on the quality of our ingredients, which carry a significantly higher price tag at the source. However, the quality and freshness of our ingredients is positively reflected on the outcome of the final product we serve at your table, and you can taste the difference.

This is a FANTASTIC restaurant! We were there for New Year's Eve dinner with a 7:00 pm reservation for seven persons. The menu items ordered were exceptional and the service was excellent. The abbreviated menu seemed overpriced (affecting the value rating) and did not include any vegan options (as their regular menu includes) and the space between the patron tables was tight (affecting the ambience rating), although my feeling was that they were trying to accommodate everyone who wanted to dine there. I would definitely return!

This was I believe our 5th visit and they have yet to disappoint on any level! The people, the service, the ambiance (feels like sitting in a restaurant in little Italy NY and definitely reminds us of NY as well as Italy itself)! They do not have a liquor license, but make excellent mixed drinks. ???Our table had margaritas, a gin martini and cosmopolitans and you could not tell they were made with wine instead of liquor. Yes, I highly recommend this great Italian restaurant , but it is OK if you don't go, since you and I might be trying to get the only table available. LoL

Our food overall was good. However both my husband and I had Caesar salads and added anchovies for an upcharge. The anchovies were hard to find, there may have been 2 or 3 in each salad. Won't do that again.

This little family-owned eatery is our FAVORITE Italian spot on the Treasure Coast. It is authentic, cozy/intimate and the food is exquisite. The many servers make sure you have what you need and are courteous and cheerful. Before Covid hit we had met the father (who is the chef and was kind enough to stop by our table to see if we enjoyed his cooking!) We are so glad Corleone's survived in this time many family businesses had to close.
