We were at PE on Monday, February 19th celebrating my birthday for the 4th or 5th time. We drove from Denver, because of the food, the service, and the brickwork in the building. Our server was perfect, but I cannot remember his name. We will continue my birthaday tradition for years to come!
Steak- great beef, cooked perfectly to temp.
Seafood, suculant and delicious.
Wine list-well appointed changes frequently
