Frequently Asked Questions- Are reservations required?
- Yes, reservations are required. We will be taking reservations for our Thanksgiving event in the ballroom both through Table Agent and over the phone. You may call 775.886.1663 if you would like
- Do I have to wear a face mask?
- Yes, you are required to wear a face mask while inside the casino and while you are moving around in the ballroom. You may take your mask off at your table.
- I have a group of 12 can we all sit together?
- 10 people that is the maximum that can be seated at one table.
- What is someone in my party has a dietary restriction?
- Please let us know in the notes of your reservation and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

We had 17 people. It was a fantastic time. The ambiance was great. The food was perfect. The ham was so perfectly cooked. Vic did a great job, our servers were wonderful. Plates cleaned off table, drinks always filled, food was restocked on the regular. We will 100% be back and hopefully more people will be joining us next year.

Salads & main courses were EXCELLENT!! My group loved everything.
Service was OUTSTANDING!!!
Staff was friendly and attentive.
The desserts could have been better. There was NO traditional pumpkin pie or pecan pie. Fruit pies & cakes were very average. Nothing in the desserts impressed my group.
Coffee service was great.
Overall it was a great experience. AAAA+++++

It was really nice, good food and not too crowded.
Didn't get water refills, and there was a couple things that wasn't that good, the Jello, and the Shrimp. Other than that, it was really good.

Everything was wonderful. We had a large party of 2 tables with great accommodation and service. The price was right for the food served and it was nice to see the staff getting a break to enjoy the meal too! One member of the party was looking forward to more seafood mainly your crab legs and oysters but there was plenty to choose from without those items. We enjoy and support the Fandango every chance we get. Thank you for always being there on holidays and with reasonable prices.

All wait staff were great. Very attentive. The food I tried was all very good. Loved the scampi pasta—was my favorite. Easy to make reservation. Only negative was some of small desserts not a lot of flavor—like they had been frozen a long time.

Ballroom was adorable! So festive. Just loved it. The male servers were very slow at picking up plates and refilling drinks. I never got a refill. The food variety was nice but not enough salads and fruit. We went at one fifteen and much of the food was dried up. Enjoyed family’s company but buffet not as good than at Thanksgiving. Desserts were incredible as always though!

On the reservation a dress code was listed as casual elegant. WRONG! This is a buffet with what turned out to be, come as you are attire. I'm sure it cost the buffet a lot of business with people wanting to relax in comfort and avoid a dressy dinner. I asked about it when seated! It was a wear what you want dinner.

I think $33 was too high for what was available. I believe even the turkey was prefab when I saw the chef flip over his block of meat. I didn't notice any sign of trying to make the ballroom look festive. We had a nice waitress, Sherry, who got a nice tip for her service. Otherwise I think it's time to make the drive to Reno. Sorry.....

Reservation process simple and seamless! No waiting at door perfect and easy to pay with very pleasant lady! Lady who seated everyone very accommodating!! Only vegetable was boring salad and bacon in green beans - father can’t eat beans. Would love to have seen broccoli or asparagus or cauliflower and spinach salad. I did realize for the affordable price it would be limited. Roast chicken legs were raw. Dark turkey excellent! Would have loved bread pudding or cheesecake. You might not have had enough servers as they were hopping, we left a large tip. We all enjoyed our day but my gosh the cigarette smoke just hits you in the face no matter which door you enter in, would love to see that situation improve. Thank you!!
