We ordered crab cakes, one singular crab cake was served. The server must have forgotten to our our order in or something because we waited over an hour for our entrees. The server did apologize for the delay and comped some things off of the bill. But was not happy to be waiting that long. The filet mignon was not bad but it wasn't anything great either. I have purchased more tender filet mignon from my local grocery store. Do not see the need to return. Which is unfortunate because we were really excited for Dukes to be in Reno.

Good food. Friendly staff, very attentive towards our experience. Atmosphere was relaxing and quite. I would definitely say they need more than 1 bathroom in the area, it was like a revolving door and where we were seated the traffic was a distraction from our experience.

Our service was outsdanding from the floor manager to the servers. Oscar was very personable, kind and ensured our experience was a good one. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there working vs most experiences these days when we go out. I made that comment to two staff members and the attributed it to the owners. Twice the owners were brought up as kind and generous to their teams. Hats off. Great to have a great restaurant near the sparks area

I have eaten at Dukes about 5 times since they opened less than a year ago. Every time has been spectacular. The service and the meat are always absolutely great. The main reason I didn't give a full 10 stars for all was due to the veggies not being perfect a couple times.

We were seated quickly and at a nice table. Staff very pleasant. Our waiter was probably new. Took drink orders, brought drink order asked if we needed a minute to look at the menu and never returned. I finally had to ask for service. Food was good but our filet was not cooked at our requested medium and was overdone for our preference. Steakhouse at Western Village was better than Duke’s.

Steak Diane was great! Our Server was great! Escargot seemed a little small. The smoked, baked oysters had an excellent flavor. Too many hard surfaces cause an echo effect, and made it a little hard to hear conversations with the waiter. Had a great time, and enjoyed the staff! I will recommend this place to others!

It was our first time at Dukes, we are very excited to have such a good steak house close to us in Sparks. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked a little under temp, but I prefer that to over cooked. That was really the only issue. We enjoyed the support staff Brisa, Marcus and David. Brisa has an infectious smile, and over all they did an amazing job. We also met the supervisor Carol, and she was so friendly. She checked on us to see how things were going. She seemed like she really cares about guest experiences. We will definitely be back

The only reason these are all 9 out of 10 is because even the best can improve. Even if it is in the slightest ways. I would have gone 9.5 if I could have. Honestly it was a top five meal and you made my girls night by not doing anything extra to celebrate her bday other than acknowledging it. We will be back again!

We love DUke’s but was very disappointed that our reservation which I made on Monday the 1st, didn’t show up on the reservations screen Efforts were made to accomodate us, even a phone with voicemail to check on the reservation, which should have shown up on the phone to the restaurant wasn’t acknowledged. We liked our server.. and love the Englishman!!

Great food! Service was awesome. My date wanted to sit close to me for a more intimate conversation and the Hostess, Server and Busser was quick to get a booth ready and move us from a table. Thank you. The room is very nice and comfortable. It was busy so the room was a little loud, voices carrry easily. I'd suggest lowering the lights a little. It was a great evening and we'll be back.

Excellent food. We ordered three different fish dishes. In my experience, only a great chef can successfully prepare fish to my liking. All three dishes were excellent. The service was spot on. The tall gentleman who greeted us and checked on us and the waiter and staff made absolutely sure we were taken care of. Great job. We'll be back.

Descent exsperience shrimp should be larger u 12 is a great size . Ribeye steak was good but should change your spec on the ribeye to buy 10 to 12 lb no larger so everyone gets a thicker cut. Same with the sirloin strip spec should be 10 pound 1x1 strip loin thicker steak fo r everyone palate cleanser sorbet would be nice hot towel also nice steak house traditionally y have larger cocktails we had up martinis and mahahatans use a 7.5 ounce glass also a side car is nice perceived value is important table side spinach not available no cart Ed was our waiter and did an adequate job was attentive to our need . When pouring water instruct wait staff to make sure I’ve in in each persons glass

This was our first time here, and we wanted to check out the new casino and restaurant. The ambience was nice, and the decor/furniture looked nice... Unfortunately, we won't be back. We had a very difficult time understanding our server. It took way too long to receive our orders, as the waiter came over 3 times telling us he would bring our food as soon as it was ready. I ordered the fish special, even though I couldn't understand what type of white fish it was. It wasn't good, at all. It was dry and tough, and had a metallic/mineral taste to it; the rice pilaf was good, though. My cousin ordered a rib eye, which he didn't enjoy at all. I had a bite of it, and it had absolutely no seasoning on it... not even salt and pepper. My mom ordered the filet mignon, which she liked, but the beurre blanc and demiglaze sauces just tasted 'off'. It wasn't a good experience for us, unfortunately.

Our service was top notch. Brendan and all of the assistant servers were right there when we needed anything and all were very pleasant. The food was superb. I chose the Scallops and my husband had the Prime Rib. Both were exquisite. The sauce that it served with the scallops was incredible! The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection and was a very generous portion. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Duke's. We will definitely be back.

Service started fine but became very sporadic and it downhill from there with items being missed or overlooked. Listed items on menu were not available and food (steaks) were not cooked as ordered. Staff and management tried to make up for any issues that they were aware of but we didn't have the heart to tell them about the rest. Nice looking restaurant with very reasonable pricing but unfortunately based on our experience I don't believe we will be back.

We absolutely loved Duke's and will go again! Kevin, our server was personable & informative. Carol & Maddie!, our hostesses were welcoming & cheerful. Our bartender was efficient & made me a delicious vodka dirty martini, my favorite. My only two reservations were the cream of mushroom soup, it was extremely too salty, to the point that made our mouths pucker. Also, we're not used to our premium spirits coming out of a gun. Maybe on the casino floor but certainly not appropriate at the steakhouse bar. When I order Grey Goose vodka I want to see it come straight from the bottle. Other than that our food was absolutely delicious, filet mignon melted in my mouth!

The food was really good, but not incredible. The best part of the evening was our server, David. He was super knowledgeable about the menu, paced the meal correctly and answered all of our questions. The ambience was nice, there was a placard that indicated a dress code - that was ignored by other patrons. So that took away from a classic “steakhouse” experience. Cocktails were decently priced and delicious. Lots of tableside flambé choices which made the evening fun. We would go back again.

The room was great, beautiful view and well- furnished…maybe a little pricey. Check-in with Ellen was also great and she was very helpful. There was no food available except snacks and that was okay. We brought our own wine to enjoy on the balcony and found there was not a single glass glass in the place. All that was available were paper coffee cups. We were stunned that a room at that price had no glasses and the front desk was unable to provide them.

The service and staff were great. But it was a little long of a wait between servings. The food was good but everything seemed a little under spiced. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were plain and should have been doctored up a bit for the price you are paying. And only serving 3 asparagus for a vegetable is not right a min of 6 maybe with some olive oil salt pepper and some parm on top. Etc. Our bone in NY Was all bone and not much meat. The bone in ribeye was a little bit thin on the cut a thicker piece would have been nice. All the food was pretty flat. Just need a little extra to make it special. I am glad you are asking for feedback we will be back and try it again to see if any changes are made.

Two of us ordered the filet mignon and we both thought it came with a sauce but arrived without. We should have said something. NY strips were unseasoned. Everything else was fine.

Our server Wyatt was outstanding. we were provided Sommolier service by Larry and he was extremely knowledgeable. He paired the wine with our meal perfectly. the dinners were outstanding. I had elk tenderloin and it was perfect. we will definitely go back to Dukes. To otop id off Carol Walsh is a excellent manager of the restaurant. 10 +++

Our server, Oscar was excellent. The food was delicious, huge wine selection, highly recommend. Our vegetables were a little underdone, even for one who enjoys “tender crisp” and the crème brûlée was not very silky. Those two minor blips won’t keep us from returning for a great dining experience.

Top marks all around for Duke's! From the moment we walked up we were treated with familiarity and left feeling like family. The food was outstanding the service was somehow even better. Their entrees actually come with sides unlike most steakhouses where you spend a ridiculous amount of money on the steak and then another $8 for a potato and another $8 for some vegetables. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Dukes, all staff was wonderful and attentive. We had the Seafood tower, filet and king crab, seared Ahi, two boneless ribeyes. Not a word of displeasure from our group. 10/10

The restaurant was great. David was outstanding. The booth was terrible...right next to the swinging doors. If in the future, unless we get a better booth or table we'll walk out and won't be back!

We reserved a table for four, there was tables for two set up in the dining srea. We were offered sets in the party room, which we didn't want. We told them we wanted to dine in the dining room not in the backroom. The young woman wasn't happy with me for not accepting the room. Kevin is wonderful and set us up in the dining room. We are frequent customers and our family truly enjoys Duke's.

In my opinion the finest restaurant in the whole Reno/Sparks area. I can't say enough about the service and food quality here. Their Oysters Rockefeller are unrivaled anywhere. It was my 4th time here and I will definitely be back again, and again! Management should be commended!

The first time we went to Duke's everything was lovely perfect great went back and we got charged for Chardonnay we didn't order and the macaroni and cheese turned out to be $24 it was crazy it wasn't worth it it was only worth about $12 and so we're not going to go back again we just didn't have the The experience like we had the first time

Service and food were excellent. The only complaint was the nosie level was terrible we could barley hear our waiter and each other. Not sure what they can do. My husband had the elk which he loved.

The ambiance and decor in both the bar and restaurant area was perfect everywhere for it's space. The hostesses, bartender, maitre'd and our dining servers were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and presentations were pleasing to all the senses. It made the whole dining experience a night for all or us to remember. Thank you! We'll be back with more friends too!
