Our brunch is served as a buffet and your table will be ready for you and your guests at the reserved time, please be on time as it is important to keep the guest flow moving. Parties have their table reserved for 1 hour. Please be considerate of this time as it ensures our ability to honor reservations times of all guests throughout the day. You and your guests are welcome to join us at our bar as well as Proof Speakeasy for a drink before or after your meal however we request you check in with our Host at Bridge upon arivial.
