Cancellation Policy

Official Cancellation & Refund Policy: All charcuterie sales are final and non-refundable. • Guest Cancellations: We are unable to offer refunds or credits for guest cancellations, "no-shows," or late arrivals. • Winery Closures: In the rare event that the winery must close due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, all impacted ticket holders will be notified via email or phone call. • Rescheduling: If the guest needs to reschedule, a 5 day notice must be given to us to avoid losing deposit. If the winery initiates a closure, we will work with you to reschedule your visit to a future date. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation Policy. All charcuterie sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a weather-related winery closure, our team will contact you regarding rescheduling.
