The service offered by every one of the staff is consistently excellent. I will mention two things that I think could be improved: 1. Do not deliver the entree until we have finished our appetizers and salads. 2. Refill the water glasses. Having offered these suggestions, I will say that I am aware of the occasional shortage of staff and I think everyone does an excellent job of seeing that we are well-served. I see many examples of great teamwork.

We love eating at the Pub 2300. The food is always excellent and a good selection offered. The teammates who work there - hostesses, servers, and others - are always efficient, respectful, courteous and fun. They make the experienced very personal and relaxed. The only suggestion we have is that the kitchen use less salt in preparing the food. Salt shakers are on the table for those who need to add it.

Our party of 7 gave the luncheon all 10s. The service and food were exceptionly good. The shrimp in garlic sauce was delicious, as were the 4 perfectly cooked tenderloins and the excellent fried shrimp. The salad bar was complimented and the cheese bread inhaled. Everyone was sated and pleased, especially the hosts.

The online reservation system works well. To a person the staff is well trained, attentive, personable. The servers make a point of knowing our names and preferences for beverages, cushions, etc. The menu covers all types of cuisines and the food is well prepared. Desserts are a highlight. Sydney was my staff person. I am always happy to have his assistance. He is so jovial and upbeat that you leave the table feeling even better than when you came. I am very grateful for the food service that we have. It is the best of everything at Cedarfield. Marie, June and all the hostesses are courteous, helpful and understanding. My favorite thing Thursday night was the frozen coffee soufflé. I am glad we always have salmon and I also enjoy the flounder and the barracuda. Thank you for the outstanding service provided in this area.

The Table Agent app was easy to work, except that it will only accept the reservation 2 weeks ahead, not earlier. I had to make some changes in the interval, and the Hostesses were very accommodating which I appreciated. We were able to have our preferred table. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My dinner last night Friday was outstanding as was the service.so was my dinner the night before (Thursday). However, Wednesday “breakfast” was a disaster… unfortunately that was the night I had guests… The menu offered waffles & pancakes on the showcase… when I tried to order a waffle I was told “we never have waffles during the week… only at Sunday brunch”. It is clearly on the menu as well as hash brown casserole… also missing from the showcase…. There were “frozen hash brown patties… disappointing. I ordered an omelette…. It was dry and overcooked. The biscuits were hard and cold… All embarrassing when you have guests. As I said, the next two nights were outstanding!!!

Although I am grateful that I can get a seat in the Pub with the regular menu, I find the Pub tables crowded and loud. I miss the opportunity to eat in Prima because it offered a better ambience, but I do not want destination dining menus for two weeks. It is fun to approach the dining area down the promenade and hear music of the different countries. I wish it would be possible to offer a few items on the menu from different regions as the special of the evening but not restrict the enjoyment of those things to Prima while removing the possibility of having the regular menu there as well. We have many excellent servers throughout so I see no need in differentiating the service. So keep the fun music, offer some specials and open Prima back for those who prefer the "finer dining" atmosphere. Thanks.

We enjoy dinning in the dinning room. The food is delicious, the staff helpful, and the hostesses try to accommodate my requests. Enjoy the Prima two week trips to different cities known for their culinary specialties

The hostess staff is EXCELLENT. I have seen them handle many situations such as a lady in a wheelchair coming for dinner with her family with no reservation and being seated after a short wait. They have also handled situations that were my fault such as arriving at the incorrect. They deal directly with us for a daily service and handle it well.

Chicken dish delicious! Server outstanding! She responded promptly and listened to our requests. Spinach good but just cooked differently from what I do. We are new residents and adjusting.
