We had a wonderful evening! Everything was perfect The server was great and the warm friendly atmosphere was just as we hoped! We were concerned with eating inside but you all controlled the amount of diners so as to make us feel much better about eating inside during this difficult time. And having everyone masking added to that feeling. And our food was very enjoyable.

What a lovely spot to have dinner. My friend that I haven't seen in a year and I met there for the Festival of Lights. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and drinks. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient! I can't wait to go back.

The service was great. Our waitress, Tammy, was prompt in welcoming us and taking our orders. We didn't wait long to get our food. The food was scrumptious. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Dessert was delicious. That cheesecake with chocolate cake and ganache and chocolate chips was out of this world! There's quiet atmosphere in the restaurant. A great experience.

We had a large group,of 14, and a baby. I talked with Linda and Michelle who were so helpful in making the arrangements. We ate after walking through the gardens. The food was delicious, everyone had a variety of different dishes and had only good things to say. Our server was Tammy. She was efficient, personable, and kept the "teen table" laughing and talking. Thank you so much for helping to make the Taylor Family Christmas memorable.

Wonderful evening with excellent service and a simple menu to meet all needs of a group of six. Food was tasty, well presented and great value. Holiday drinks were refreshing! Desserts are excellent. SInce we had an early reservation, we had a table next to the window to look out at the lights. I had the steak for dinner. It had a great flavor but was a little tough and gristley. My date had the chicken and loved her whole meal. Other than the steak, everyting else exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I enjoyed the dinner out together with a great view of a lighted forest. Thanks for allowing us to split the steak entree, then we had room for dessert.
How about table clothes? That would make the ambience warmer.

Our server, a park ranger by day, did a good job. The food was ok at best. The menu was VERY limited. I ordered the steak cooked at chef's suggestion. It was one of the toughest steaks I have ever had. The taste was fine, but after cutting from different sides, and being unable to chew any of it I gave up. It was replaced with the chicken which was not worthy of a good restaurant. My husband had the salmon which was dry, and not tasty as described on the menu. The cubed sweet potatoes looked like something you would see on a child's plate. No effort had been done to make them interesting. The green beans needed to have been cooked more, and again nothing had been done to make them interesting. My husband had the same sides, and said the same thing. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience. Our waiter was able to bring us a good gluten free desert that was delicious - the best part of the entire meal. In hind sight, if we had known how bad meal was going to be we would not have wasted the time or money dining at the tea house. We were really looking forward to it, but left very disappointed with our meal.

Menu better than before, food dry & tough . Obviously a staffing problem has you in a bind along with a computer problem. We did enjoy the space between tables, clean windows to see the lights,bathrooms clean . Love Ginter and the The Tea House, despite last Thursday s experience.
