was great sitting outside on the picnic tables since we had a large group. however they are not level and our drinks and food began to slide. if they would level off the picnic tables, this would be the ultimate place to eat outside, enjoy the entertainment and delicious food.

My husband having a work appointment in the asked me to tag along from Charlottesville Virginia. We found this spot online and reserved a table for one. The staff was absolutely welcoming and did not make me feel at all guilty for sitting a little bit longer at a table only ordering some toast and tea. My waitperson was courteous, gave me space as she could see I was working, but also checked in regularly. Sitting outdoors in a pleasant and safely distant space made even my work experience relaxed . I could not help but noticed the continued and consistent kindness and welcome the staff was to each person who made their way to the backyard space! The multigrain toast and jam yummy to boot!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves because it was a beautiful day to have brunch outdoors. The staff was very hospitable from the time we walked up
and Ellie was our amazing server. It took our food a lot longer to come out than we anticipated but Ellie was very apologetic. The eggs were prepared well done just as we requested when most restaurants ger wrong every time. The eggs were a little bland. However, the food was hot and those cheese grits were delicious. My son loved his French toast. My only complaint is it would be nice if they maintenance & cared for the yard more and treated for ants. We will definitely go back!!

We loved our first visit to Z Bakery on Father’s Day. We had a little table in the outside back area and it was perfect. Lots of choices for lunch or brunch and the food was delicious!
