Overall it was a nice meal. Drink service was a little slow. The food was pretty good. Not the best prime rib I've had, but still very good. I'd come back again. The only thing to consider would be to cut back on the spice level a little. Although I enjoy it, my wife did not like the rather strong pepper spice, especially in the au jus. Not complaining at all, but if you're asking for a review to help with future meals I wanted to offer my honest opinion. Glad you're giving this a go, and I hope it builds momentum in the future.
