We were at the late seating but I will have to say food was good and turkey was especially good Took forever for the waiter to take drink orders. I understand we were understaffed but he was ;NOT happy. All in all is was a nice day and we heard a number of compliments. We had our family here so we especially wanted it nice
and they felt the good vibes.

At Brunch the line for the sales register was excessively long! The single person at the register was new and needed help with working and learning the various categories of menu items. Please monitor the line and be ready to help a new employee with keeping the line short. After going through the serving line and then having to wait nearly 10 minutes for the register the food is cold! Fortunately I was able to find a server to reheat the meal.

Ruby did a fine job taking care of our order and serving-always friendly and pleasant.
Our food was delicious-three had omelets, one King Ranch, one big salad, and mine was turkey with vegetables. The pastry with fruit was so flaky and marvelous. The Waldorf salad is ever a winner.

Our group was seated at three different tables very comfortably. At my table our waitress, Irene, was very attentive and patient with one of the women at my table who was not very pleasant to Irene since this resident’s salmon was undercooked. Irene handled it beautifully with respect for the resident and maturity to know not to take it personally. Five star service rating for Irene! The rest of us at the table thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Menu items need to have a full list of ingredients for those that have sensitivity to some foods. ie garlic in mashed potatoes not specified, pepper not specified. No follow up for coffee drinkers, have get their attention to get a refill. This goes for regular Sunday service as well.

I loved being back in the dining room with friends. Our servers were top notch and the food came in a timely manner but I was disappointed in my salmon. I ordered it to be cooked to medium doneness and specified, “not dry”, but it was very dry and stiff. The value of the meal has lessened after reopening since the meal no longer comes with a salad or beverage.

The food on Tuesday was not very good: Onion soup was too spicy; fish was dry and tasteless; eggplant parmesan was not cooked enough. Food was not warm enough. We've had better meals in the past. Service has been very good since dining room seated started. Cynthia especially is excellent.

We enjoyed the service wait staff. Some need to check the diners to see if they need refills on beverages. I was disappointed when I couldn’t request a better table location away from the hot windows! We were denied by the hostess she said the other tables weren’t set. Yet we were the only diners next to the hot window area!?

The food overall has improved, but to serve on St Patrick's day Corn Beef without cabbage is not appropriate. The Tenderloin on the Saturday evening meal was excellent as well as the fish meals. It will be nice to increase our wait staff for a more smooth flowing meal. Breakfast needs to be started again. The residents always look forward to a very good breakfast with friends.

The experience was outstanding - Samantha & Nicki were our servers - Nicki was sort of training Samantha in handling an order for a bottle of wine and then pouring it for those who were drinking. I loved the whole experience. Reservations were easy. Having Gen Jones greet our family was exciting.

The wait-staff were attentive and made sure we would enjoy our meal. The food was good, but bland. The coffee was, as usual, very bitter, maybe a little too strong. A milder roast would be better. We're looking forward to it being like it used to be. It was nice to be eating with folks at other tables.

Wonderful brunch. Delicious choices of food. The fried chicken with the pecan waffle is my favorite. Husband had omelet made to his satisfaction. Firneds with us really enjoyed their first brunch--one had fried chicken and waffle. The other had an omelet with cheese, avacado, and tomato. Both were very pleased with their choices. The waldorf salad is a winner. Great sevice by Hayley who anticipated our every need.

All food services staff are so courteous, professional and kind! I am impressed every day. I never hear them complain or make excuses and I admire they way they remember names. I think the staff all do a wonderful job.
I think the food is very good - some items not so much but I am overall happy.
I understand about the short staffing and yet staff are still courteous!

Food was outstanding and the presentation was grand. I was concerned at first that we were seated in the Helen LeMay room. However, we found out the room was quieter than the main dining area, and we could converse easily.

FOR FIRST MEAL IN THE REDONE DINING ROOM BECAUSE OF THE COVID PROBLEMS, THEY SERVED THE MEAL QUICKLY AND ALL WAS FINE. THE DINING ROOM WAS NICELY FILLED WITH DINERS, TALKING AND EACH TABLE ENJOYING SOME EXTENDED COMPANY THAT'S BEEN MISSING FOR MONTHS HERE. We enjoyed a delicious brunch with friends. Irene did a very good job taking care of any needs.
Problem for us not being able to get Sunday reservations as well as week dinners. It appears some people block days at a time. This week the entire week was blocked on the previous Sunday.

Mix-up--this is for July 9, 5:15 PM. Very good dinner, excellent service by Genesis who is super. Friends rarely go to dinner, so they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We all enjoyed the crab cakes wrapped in a piece of catfish. Very clever and delicious. Only thing missing was a piece of pie. We enjoyed the sugar oatmeal cookies instead--very good with coffee.

It was a wonderful dinner to celebrate our beginning to return to normal! The Valentine’s Day dinner was outstanding. Our table ordered each of the entrees and we were all very happy with our choices. From the soup to the dessert everything was delicious, even though some substitutes had to be made. All was excellent.
Lori DeWitt was a cheerful hostess despite having to work overtime to seat everyone. The wait staff was great. Our waitress, Teresa, had been working since 8 that morning and was getting really tired by 7:30 but she brought us everything we requested and kept on smiling. Our senior staff were everywhere helping new staff, and we even saw line cooks helping in the dining room. We are grateful to have a staff so willing to go out of their way to provide a special meal for us, even when it meant working outside their own sphere.
It was a great way to start a new beginning, and from all the happy faces in the dining room we could see that everyone was glad to be able to socialize with friends and neighbors together again.
Thank you for all the effort it took to make so many residents happy all at once!

Excellent job done by Wait Staff. They are short in numbers, but not short in professionalism, enthusiasm, and patience. Things were handled in a different manner which unfortunately was not known to residents. Still the Dining Room personnel were top notch in handling the Brunch meals. Yvonne is an amazing woman who always deals with whatever comes her way with marvelous capability in getting things accomplished and a smile on her face.
