We were so excited to come back but so many of the items we were excited to try were unavailable. Apparently it was a busy day before. I had talked my family into coming East of the 5 (my Dad is from NOLA) for some southern comfort food. We will just have to come back again! I go for the booze Ives cream & shakes !!!! Yum and fun! Thank you.

I ate breakfast at MetlBar on Christmas morning. I chose MetlBar after reading good reviews. While I truly appreciate them being open on Christmas, I was disappointed by the food and service. Being Christmas, I can forgive that service was slow...even though there were only 3 tables of customers at the time I dined there. It seemed to take forever for the food to come out. When it did, it didn't come out all together and we had to ask for butter & jelly to go with our toast. The food was just okay...nothing special or memorable. In the end, I was glad they were open on Christmas, but I'll never go there again.

Lots of flies that were all over the food. Very disappointing.
The music volume should be based on the amount of patrons in the restaurant.
Server was wonderful and the food and flights were tasty!
