Orujo brings a modern twist on classical Caribbean flavors, and we are a tasting menu concept where you will experience a full gastronomic flight up to 20 courses. Perfect for wine lovers, gastronomic travelers and foodies. Portela does not offer a set menu (a la carte) but we can accommodate SOME tasting restrictions according to specific allergies, nutritional or religious guidelines.
