Gornji Kromolj 9, Sarajevo 71000Hedona is established in December 2011 as a Boutique Winery like a retirement plan. The owner has built up a wealth of knowledge on the wines of the former Yugoslavia region and uses Hedona as a way to showcase his boutique wines, carefully paired with innovative renditions of classic Bosnian dishes. Good to know is that Hedona has approximately 3,000 grapevine plants, mostly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, |Riesling and Zweigelt, which we use carefully to make sparkling wines following traditional Champagne methods. Since 2015 he start to make still wines from his grapes and combining with autochthony grapes variates from the region of Bosnia / Herzegovina, like red ones Blatina, Vranac, Trnjak, and white ones Zilavka, Bena, Krtosija

- Do you or your guests have any food restrictions?
- As a boutique winery, we shall prepare for you, welcome champagne with a vineyard tour, then 8 courses paring with our wines, and also a wine cellar tour with our WILD Champagne tasting.- Menu price will be communicated after your decision for lunch or all-inclusive dinner, with no limit wines

Frequently Asked Questions- Should I make a table reservation?
- We strongly advise to book a table at least 12 hours before which is compulsory, especially on Week-ends which are more busy days.
- Which are your specialities?
- We have a full slow food 8 courses menu from soup, pasta, fish to meat and desert dishes all fresh and in season. We strongly follow our regional recipe paired with our wines!
- What if I do not drink wines?
- No Problem, for those person we serve either our own homemade craft beer, or home made juices.
- Do you have menu for kids?
- Yes, But you have to state age of kid so we can prepare menu accordingly
- I have particular food restriction?
