I was paying using my TRUST bank card. Even though the promotion was ongoing, the cashier did not fulfill the promotion/discount that I should get. It caused me great anxiety that I had to come back again some hours later to do a refund and later be charged a new bill for it. Even the manager was taking a long time and caused a long queue for other patrons to make payment. The system was lagging or something. I have no idea. But it would be good if the cashier (this case, the manager was the one who took my payment) is proactive enough to give the required discounts for the cards used etc.
