Fish portions were generous and high quality. Reservations also easy to use and service was prompt and polite. I only have one negative thing to say : not installing sound proofing on the floor and walls makes the acoustics too uncomfortable and we have to practically shout to be heard. Am guessing you did this purposely so your customers don’t stay too long, but I would only go there when I want a quick meal and not to host big gatherings or special occasions or order alcohol to enjoy.

Dined in on the 25 April together with 3 friends. After the meal, 3 of my friends had diarrhea while myself had slight discomfort in my stomach. Thereafter had to see a doctor and diagnosed with stomach flu. Probably the raw fishes wasn't fresh at point of dine. Please take note.

The food, as always, was excellent.
The services was very good but, unfortunately, due to a shortage of staff, it was understandably not as sharp as it normally is. Having said that, the two floor staff did a great job despite the tremendous stress and pressure.
In terms of ambience, i felt that the restaurant got abit too noisy but I'm not sure anything can be done about it due to the crowd size.
All in, still a very very good place for a meal

Alittle disappointed that they did not prepared our tables of 6 despite we have made reservation. There is only 2 tables with customers so they were not busy and we were only 10mins early.
Food wise definitely good. I went to the Thomas Plaza branch, always packed. One of the best chirashi in Singapore. Service pretty good from the 2 staff which have served us.

The waitress who took our order was very very attentive. Our children were super hungry, and she made sure we got the children's food ASAP. She even communicated with my son (2 years old) directly to attend to his request for a cup, immediately. Most service crew would just ignore the child's request, even myself for that matter, cause I was busy ordering food. Amazing service and beautiful lady. She was able to multi-task (take my order and give instructions to her staff to get a cup for my son). Prioritising the orders. Beyond amazing because of the service.
Food was superb and fast enough for our hungry group.
Will definitely recommend this place 100/100.

First time to Velocity branch. Compared to Thomson outlet. Velocity outlet lighting is too bright and the lunch crowd is very noisy. It might be due to the lower ceiling or the closely placed tables.
Not a good place to eat a peacefully meal and chat.
We ordered the lobster chirashi. The chirashi rice is a tad soggy, and the amount of lobster n sashimi seem lesser.
Overall not a pleasant experience, will
not go to this outlet again.

The restaurant was incredibly crowded and noisy...the acoustics were terrible!
The rice in my chirashi bowl was hard and crunchy... Undercooked.
The tempura had a too-oily aftertaste making me think that the oil used for deep frying is not changed often enough.
Looks like Omote's standards have fallen compared to whne it first opened the bigger restaurant at Thomson Plaza

Overall a good experience. Food was good, but on the more pricey side, considering the portions. However, I’m not sure if the raw fish or something else was not fresh because my friend and I seemed to contract some kind of food poisoning after, as we both had stomach cramps and diarrhea later that night.
