Frequently Asked Questions- Are reservations required?
- Reservations are not required. We save tables for walk-in's however reservations are recommended. Please note for Monday dinner and Thursday dinner we only accept walk-in's. For bookings on those nights please see our Marina One outlet.
- Do you have omakase?
- Tuesday - Sunday we offer omakase at our omakase counter. When making a booking please select "Omakase Counter" in the section so that we know you are coming for the omakase.
- Where are you located?
- We are in the Bras Basah / City Hall neighbourhood of Singapore. We are located at Odeon 331, just near the drop-off point. Our address is 331 North Bridge Road 01-04 Odeon 331.

unluckily, that day we were seated near a table of seemingly drunk old men. while the waitress had tended to them multiple times, she would just walk past my table. also, they were very loud and disruptive to my table’s conversation but nothing seemed to be done to lower their noise levels. the food was the only saving grace

Some of the staff were rather rude especially the way they slide the food on the table. Consider using an online order platform since the menu alr online for the regular dishes, cos sometimes the staff are really busy n they ignore us or they just can't see us.

This feedback is regarding the app. I made two separate reservations under the same name as I had a party of 6 who wanted to have dinner - so 4 + 2. We are fine with sitting at non-adjacent tables. When SSB called me to confirm my reservation, they said they ignored my second reservation as it was their policy to only accept one booking per person. They are fine with us having two tables though. So I think this could be made known in the app for improvement. Something like “please provide another person’s particulars if you are booking >1 table”. Thanks :)

Service was fast and efficient. Now that Odeon Towers is fully completed, there are more patronage, thus staff seem a little overwhelm. The kitchen could not cope with the lunch volume and were a tad slower in getting the meal to customers. They should rotate their set lunch menu and provide some variety to attract and retain repeat customers. All said, still an an affordable place for a nice Japanese lunch in the area.

The service provided was great and the food came promptly after ordering. Staff was friendly and also replenishing our drinks from time to time. Ambience was and not cluttered with many people. The only downside is that the food is not really that fantastic enough for me to come back again. With the prices, ichiban boshi or sushi tei can provide better quality food. Sashimi was not that fresh in taste and the unagi roll sushi rice was not properly clamped thus when I was about to to hold the sushi, the sushi rice started breaking into small pieces before I even put into my mouth. Pork cutlet rice was ok but nothing special also. Other than the food I mentioned , there could be other better food which I haven't try yet. But still first experience like this does not entices me to go back second time.

Food was served slow and even gave us the wrong order. Service staff looked really angry too and we didn’t dare to call the same staff twice. Food was average, sashimi was not cold enough, rockstar roll felt a little sticky and hard.

Both staff who took and served our orders were very impatient and unfriendly as seen from their tone and body language consistently. It was not crowded that evening. We were also told abruptly that the restaurant will be closing shortly after we received more glasses of alcohol that we just ordered. And to be reminded again 5 to 10 minutes later that the restaurant is closed. We had to quickly finish our alcohol. It would be kind if they could remind us earlier on what time the restaurant was closing so that we could gauge our orders. Aside from the service, we all enjoyed the thick and fresh slices of sashimi!

IT'S VALUE FOR MONEY BECOS OF THE PLATE OF SHASHIMI. HOWEVER, THE PORTION OF FOOD IS A BIT ON THE SMALL SIDE. I SUPPOSE THEY EXPECT THE GUESTS CAN ORDER MORE BUT IF YOU ORDER THE SET MENU, I THINK IT IS RIDICULOUS TO GIVE ONLY 3 SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN.

Although we have indicated to celebrate birthday, there wasn't any special handling by the restaurant staff. At least a simple greeting would have been a nice gesture. Other than that, overall it was a still positive dining experience.
