The food is superb. My girlfriend and I were here for the first time at Guoco Midtown and we loved the food and their sides. We will be coming back again to try out other foods. Thank you for the great food and service.

Food was really good, UMAI indeed. The restaurant was really crowded during lunch peak, so it's really noisy (would not recommend for deeper conversation), otherwise all is great! Would return.

I didn't go yesterday but I went on last Wednesday as a walk in. Ambience, Service is great! The Value is as it should be for artisanal Udon. I do want to talk about the flavours. My friend ordered a Hippari Udon with a long slab of Pork in the middle and mine the Cold Himokawa udon with tempura set. The broth for the pork was salty, and the pork flavour was not as prominent. Over time it felt gelat to eat the noodles. The slab of pork meat was delicious! But oh the amount of oil it left in the soup was not for us (Personal opinion). I believe it's because you guys just opened that there may be inconsistency in the broth, so we hope this gets fixed in the future :") The Himokawa noodles were a unique experience, and the tempura was nice. I liked the peanut sauce when I dipped it the first few times before I ate it without the sauce as it felt a bit too gelat. For the tempura, it's very value with the portions. For the tempura sauce, I found it strange that the radish is at the side for the tempura instead of inside the sauce, so I mixed it myself which had the texture of tempura dip I was looking for. Could be a personal taste, but if you guys consider making a soy sauce base dip for the cold udon in the future I would be delighted to eat it cold again! if i do come back I'll stick with the warm for this set. Overall a nice experience :) Just looking forward to when there's consistency in your dishes in the future!

I was expecting a hot bowl of noodle but was abit disappointed that it wasn't. I hope this is just 1 exception. Not sure if I will go back again.

Service was quite slow because there was a large crowd. We were also very disappointed that at 7pm, the main dish we wanted to try- the miso carbonara, had already run out?
