Absolutely enjoyed the food at Zazz. Took a little time to realise that the pizzas were actually done this way, with the burnt ends, but it was good, and the chewiness of the dough was lovely as well. Our starters of the salad and the prawns was good too. Besides this, the dessert was shiok! Additionally, the service was good, and it was attentive as well. Will definitely return.

What we loved: the lamb fettuccine. The lamb was tender and flavourful and the fettuccine well done! The Calamari was underwhelming. The crispy batter was good. However, the squid itself was tastesless. It tasted like frozen squid. The chicken pesto pizza was on the whole very good except for the chicken. It was rather dry. Service was overall pleasant. The service staff needed some reminders but it was understandable since they were trainees.
What can he improved... Perhaps serving the main dishes only after appetiser is almost finished. That way, we could enjoy our pasta and pizza at a more manageable pace and whilst they were still hot.

Had a pretty disappointing experience at zazz pizza. Service was subpar. Upon sitting, we were offered sparkling water or still water to start off with so we opted for still water. We only found out that they serve tap water later on when another waitress attended to us. We were also charged 5 dollars for additional pasta which we did not order. Disappointing experience.

Ordered wine however it was not a good taste almost like vinegar… not sure if sitting too long . However staff were extremely polite and professional and did not charge for the wine - thank you. We did feel the food was slightly on the expensive side.

visited with my friend for the first time, and i really loved the service. the lady was really friendly and even offered extra truffle oil since our fries didn’t rly taste much of truffle. however, the food was very average. the crust was very tough. great value though since it’s not too pricey!

We arrived about 6:30pm, were seated outside along the road. The seating area has no ventilation and because there is an ongoing construction, you can definitely notice the foul smell coming from sewage. We requested to be moved inside as there were couple other tables (2) available at that time but was refused, we were told that those tables were reserved for bigger group (min 3 pax) and unfortunately it was just me and my husband hoping for a lovely dinner. Since we also made advance reservation, it is my thought that the seats should have been offered on first come-first serve basis rather than on the size of the group, and anyway, the other guests did not arrive until after an hour from our arrival, we could have enjoyed the indoor seating and save ourselves from sweating outside. The food are quite pricey in relation to its quality which is only “okay”
