Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that any reservation cancellations or modifications be made at least 7 in advance. Cancellations made 7 days before the reservation time will not incur any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee of $50. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at (605) 339-2000 or use the online booking platform. If you require any special accommodations such as high chairs, wheelchair access, or seating preference(not always guaranteed) please put that in the notes section of your reservation.
