Lovely staff and delicious, different food. The squid ink rice and squid was so good. Only marked down a bit on value as it was quite pricey per dish HOWEVER I appreciate the ingredients seemed top quality. Such friendly staff as well, it's a shame they have to close.

Perfect Saturday night dinner on a very hot evening. Lovely candlelit, chilled ambience. The girl doing our table service was cheery and had the perfect level of attendance. The aubergine frita rocked ( and we didn't think we liked aubergine!)

Having read many praising reviews we were really looking forward to our lunch but regrettably were under-whelmed by the food. The Croquetas of the day didn't appear to have any seasoning in them, therefore not that flavoursome and the Patatas Bravas weren't fried or roasted, just plain cooked potatoes in the sauce. As we had ordered one Tortilla and one Empanada from the Deli part of the menu which didn't need to be heated (although the Empanada was) we thought they would come before the main/Tapas dishes but arrived after we'd eaten the Bravas and Albondigas, which, being slightly spicy took away some of the flavour of the "starters" (we do realise that Tapas don't necessarily follow the Starter and Main pattern, but these two dishes would have tasted better if served first). I heard the person serving us say to the next table that they were shut the previous day when normally open so were they perhaps short of kitchen staff? However, service was very friendly and we bought a couple of good cheeses and some Fideua noodles which I have been looking for for some time, having eaten the dish in Valencia - where it transpires Maria? comes from.
