We had booked a family day out and where planning to eat at 7-bone after... We moved from Southampton a while ago and didn't realise it had burnt down! We tried to find somewhere else I'm fussy and food hygiene ratings are important to me. Yours was the only other place after web searching we considered. The food was great we really enjoyed it! The refill drinks were easy. The decor is cool and the two girls in there (one Naomi, not sure of the other) were both lovely. The burgers look expensive considering they come with no sides.... We ordered sides extra and when our bill come we thought it was perfectly reasonable but if you added offers where you can add sides for a bundle price I think it would make it appear better value. The taste reflected the quality and was superior to pubs and cheap greasy places so that made the price ok too. Only other criticism was the kids drink options - lots of kids, especially young ones (mines 2) don't drink fizzy, and water, orange juice and cranberry juice are slightly odd options.... Addition of apple juice would be slightly better or some fruit shoot type thing. We would definately come again.

Jack was our server and he could not have done any more for us if he tried. Such a friendly chap who was able to help us with all our menu queries and he was so fast with our drinks orders. Great food and really impressive service ☺️

Service was very good. Food was really great. The music playing was also good albeit slightly loud making it tricky sometimes to talk to friends. It was my first visit And I would return. It seemed quiet in terms of customers but not sure why?

Great food, reasonably priced. The artwork was outstanding. Friendly staff, a little slow on getting food to the table as it wasn't busy. Biggest issue for us, the music was too loud to allow clear conversation. It also made hearing our waitress very difficult. Overall a great burger joint.

The main doors were left open and it was far too cold. Had reserved a table but when we got there nothing was set aside for us and staff were completely unaware of the booking
