We have always been served beautiful food in The Mine. Last night we ordered the sharing meat platter which was on a different level. The meat was cooked to perfection and I think this will be our go to meal when we visit next. Thank you for the lovely experience

Great service and plentiful portions. The only things I would change are the shovel shaped plates as they are awkward to eat from, and the background music did cut out midway through the meal which made it a bit quiet to eat. Other than those things, we had a great experience & will be returning!!

Went for lunch and our meal and dessert were lovely. I had messaged before to explain we would be pushed for time as we were going to a venue after our meal. Th staff really went out of their way to make sure we were served promptly so we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy our meal. Will definitely be going back again and thoroughly recommend the food and friendliness of the staff, plus the price for lunch was very reasonable.

I have not scored my experience as I think that would be unfair. My overall experience was not good and I addressed it with Management. In fairness they replied within 24 hours and offered a generous discounts if I were to revisit there. And I was only charged for one meal. Sadly I wont be taking up the offer. I feel it unfair to make scores on the ratings as this may have been a one off. The young waitress who served us was very good and I thought she handled the situation very well. I totally accept managements apology and the swift response

We loved our second visit to the mine neath. Our waitress was absolutely lovely think she was the manager. Very polite. Can not tend to your needs enough Food was stunning although gutted I didn't order the salt and pepper chicken instead of ribs. Will definitely be going again ooo and a burger to take for the next day from the shaft menu. Same food just cheaper for take away

Really enjoyed, food was great, i had the plant burger which I would recommend. Things to improve would be: two different sound systems going at the same time, we were seated near the entrance to the first room so had to hear them both at the same time. Food came on a chopping board which felt like chip kerplunk, with chips falling off onto the table if I wasn't extremely careful, next time I'd ask for a plate. Would go again because service and food were fab.

Fantastic service and fantastic food best I have eaten out 10 out of 10 been there a number of times and each time it’s been fantastic will be visiting again soon thanks to all the staff
