We had a pram and the manager was very helpful opening the back door for us so that the baby could remain asleep.

Great service and plentiful portions. The only things I would change are the shovel shaped plates as they are awkward to eat from, and the background music did cut out midway through the meal which made it a bit quiet to eat. Other than those things, we had a great experience & will be returning!!

Went for lunch and our meal and dessert were lovely. I had messaged before to explain we would be pushed for time as we were going to a venue after our meal. Th staff really went out of their way to make sure we were served promptly so we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy our meal. Will definitely be going back again and thoroughly recommend the food and friendliness of the staff, plus the price for lunch was very reasonable.

I have not scored my experience as I think that would be unfair. My overall experience was not good and I addressed it with Management. In fairness they replied within 24 hours and offered a generous discounts if I were to revisit there. And I was only charged for one meal. Sadly I wont be taking up the offer. I feel it unfair to make scores on the ratings as this may have been a one off. The young waitress who served us was very good and I thought she handled the situation very well. I totally accept managements apology and the swift response

Really enjoyed, food was great, i had the plant burger which I would recommend. Things to improve would be: two different sound systems going at the same time, we were seated near the entrance to the first room so had to hear them both at the same time. Food came on a chopping board which felt like chip kerplunk, with chips falling off onto the table if I wasn't extremely careful, next time I'd ask for a plate. Would go again because service and food were fab.

Food was ok just found the mint sauce didn’t compliment the curry very well the meatball starter was fantastic but the chicken wings weren’t that great it was also very loud in the restaurant and couldn’t hear each other or hear the waitress very well which wasn’t her fault in the slightest it was just that the restaurant was very loud, couldn’t fault the staff at all the service was outstanding. Was a bit disappointed that the Italian menu wasn’t available so will be back to try that when it’s available as if it’s anything like the meatballs it will be outstanding. Again we will be back but I did feel after all the hype the food was a slight let down, and just felt the restaurant was very loud for a restaurant.
