I meet my friends for lunch on a regular basis and we always choose the Bentlands as our venue. The staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is the best in town as is the Carling lager! We love it! Can't wait to visit again in April.

I love the Bentlands, I have never had a bad meal there...the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful......the menu has such a good variety of meals and their Xmas menu was so good and the prices are very reasonable....my husband says they know how to look after the beer and ales....and it's so easy to book a table through table agent....10/10 look forward to our next meal there

Me & my vegan friend came for a nice pub dinner. My vegan friend was really impressed with their meal! They really enjoyed it. The Bentlands, fantastic food fabulous service in a quiet area,
Plenty of car parking with disabled parking, the inside is spacious and accessible to wheelchairs and walking frames and stick users.
I’m was mightily impressed by the Managment by employing people with disabilities and please keep this up.
Food portions are on the generous size with a well detailed menu that fully explains the dish and food allergies are catered for with staff checking if anyone has any allergies before ordering. I would advise you contact the Bentland before booking to check who the cater for.
I will be visiting The Bentlands lots more times I adore it here and will visit as often as my bank balance allows.

We had our tea/coffee and the waitress went off and served someone else we asked for some milk as we had not got any and she replied “it’s coming” and gave us a look and tut for asking. We felt uncomfortable asking as when 3 of us asked for mayo she brought 1 small pot between us so we asked for more and it was of it was an inconvenience. Everything else was great and only giving feedback so that you are aware as it didn’t spoil our evening.
