We really enjoyed our meal the only problem we had was we had to wait for our gravy so our meals were going cold but we know it was your first day and you we fully booked so I'm sure this won't happen again this is not a complaint as we really enjoyed our food and will definitely be back, well done to you all

Online booking did not work we arrived at birches Head pub no booking registered so had to leave , spoke to manager who said they don’t do online bookings ,telephone only it’s now the Birched Head not hotel , so you need to speak the manager
