We source all of our fruit and vegetables within 30km of our store. We make our own pickles IN HOUSE. All of our sauces are blended IN HOUSE. Our focus is on specialty coffee service. We supplement these with locally made seasonal cakes and pastries, as well as some pantry cooking.
