Frequently Asked Questions- Are you only open on weekends?
- No, we are open 7 days a week. We are in the early stages of rolling out a reservation system, so we are currently only accepting reservations for the weekends. All other days are first come first served.
- Do I have to pay a deposit to make a reservation?
- Yes, there is a per-person deposit that needs to be paid at the time of an online reservation. This amount will be credited from your total bill, it is NOT an additional charge or fee. It is a deposit that is credited to your final bill.
- I'm running late for my reservation, can you hold my table?
- No. We offer our valued customers a 20-minute grace period to show up for their reservation. For example, if your reservation is at 5 PM you have until 5:20 PM to show up. Past the grace period, your table may be handed to the next customer on the waitlist, you are not guaranteed a table pas t your grace period.
- Is the deposit refundable?
- The deposit is NOT refundable. If it is an emergency, or you are past your 20-minute grace period, you will not be refunded the deposit for your reservation. The deposit can NOT be used towards any future orders either.
- I have an unexpected guest, can we get more chairs?
- No, you are only allowed to dine with the amount of people listed on the reservation. We can not make any last-minute adjustments or additions to your reservation during the weekends as we're operating on a busy schedule.
- Will my deposit be refunded once I show up for my reservation?
- The amount is NOT refunded, it IS credited to your total bill. Your total reservation deposit will be deducted from your final bill amount.
