The place is very cute and cozy and our waiter was attentive. The food was overpriced and not authentic Thai. Couldn’t taste any Thai spices such as lemon grass, Thai chilis or Thai basil.

Generally, food was good. The tofu dish I ordered, while good, had very little tofu. The noodle dish was very good, but the portion was not commensurate with the price I paid…much too small a portion and the accompanying beef, while good, was not that tender. The accompanying beef I get at home in DC or FL is better and more tender than yours. Pad Thai was good and satay and dumplings were very good. Service was also very good. All in all, when I’m in Vail, I will return to this restaurant and hope there is some improvement.

This was our first visit, and We were very impressed. We loved the chicken larb salad, which was very authentic, as well as the chicken drunken noodles (addictive). Not quite as impressed with the green curry shrimp, but it was still good. The service was excellent. We will be regulars at this great little restaurant going forward.

I loved the Thai Kitchen, situated on Maine Street in charming downtown Minturn... The owner, Patty, was so warm and so much fun. We ordered veggie spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, chicken pad thai, thai basil chicken and a green curry with chicken. It was all great, but the thai basil was phenomenal! Our Condo is in Silverthorne, but it was worth the drive! Yum!
