DOMS Brasserie

This was our first (but definitely not last) visit to Dom’s and it was absolutely outstanding! The staff were extremely gracious and attentive from the moment we arrived. That level of service is a bit hard to find in other parts of Malta we’ve visited. The food was amazing. From the fresh sourdough bread to decadent dessert it was all perfect. The sweet potato velouté and carbonara ravioli starters were wonderful. My husband had lamb and I had rib eye. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such good beef. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his lamb as well. We both had their version of Black Forest cake and it was so decadent. Rich chocolate slice almost like a truffle with beautiful cherry ice cream. The Prosecco was perfect and the South African Shiraz was an excellent accompaniment to our meats & chocolate dessert. It was our Anniversary and they kindly offered us complimentary after-dinner liqueur to mark the occasion. Brilliant from beginning to end and totally worth the 30-40 min drive from our home.
