Very cold draft from window that was stuck open, but staff happily moved us to another table.

Beautifully cooked steaks..great value for money with mains as it comes with corn & 2 sauces each.

First time there ,partners meal came and it was completely wrong I had nearly finished my food by the time his correct order came ,had to ask for my sweet potato frys as there was no sign of them. The waitresses did apologise but a offer of free drinks or a discount would of gone a long way.

I have gone for food here several times. I've had the same dish 4 times and as lovely as it is the dish isn't consistent. Sometimes you get a mushroom and a tomato and sometimes you don't. Not up to its usual standard the last time we went.

The food was lovely, even took leftovers home. Staff friendly and helpful however found it frustrating that the young waitresses kept trying to clear our plates despite saying we hadn’t finished, they continued to do so coming back often even though they could see we were still eating and it wasn’t near closing time. Also after asking twice we didn’t get our hot drinks order that we had ordered with dessert which was disappointing. Unsure whether we were still charged for them or not as a member of the party paid the whole bill as a surprise.

Waiting staff weren’t too enthusiastic/ chatty seemed like they just wanted to get their shift over with, manager very nice however not too chatty, food was incredible however £6 for a desert on a Sunday is overpriced, booked online and seems like it didn’t go through to the resteraunt so some feedback for the site, overall these are things that can be worked on and was maybe a one off so will deffo be going back

Despite the smoker being out of action, which does remove the signature smoked meats from the menu and my favoured dessert of Apple pie also being missing the menu has enough depth and indeed flavour to ensure any disappointment was short lived. Fabulous burgers and ribs with excellent sides (do get the mixed Garlic breads, delighful slaw and bbq and bacon Mac n Cheese) . Service always very good and the staff are a compliment to the management. Not our first time here and definately not our last.
