Only scored an 8 on ambiance as perhaps the background music could have been a little louder. But other than that absolutely loved the experience and whilst I didn’t have change to tip on the night I went back today and deposited £10 tip so I hope the team from that night receive it. Thank you for a positive introduction to bread and butter pudding too, it was incredible, as was the rest of the food. Compliments to the chef and the lovely attentive waiting staff.

The food, although overall was great, could be a little more flavoursome.
The service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome by the smiling staff that we genuinely happy to see us.
There was significant effort made to make the tea room feel more of a restaurant vibe by dimming the lighting, using candles and different table cloths.
All in all a very enjoyable experience.
We will be booking again.
