Since 1993, La Panetteria Ristorante has been a traditional, family-owned and operated Italian restaurant located in downtown Bethesda. New co-owners and long-time friends, Executive Chef Hector “Ettore” Playuk from Sicily, Italy and General Manager Fernando Martinez from Buenos Aires, Argentina, are fulfilling their dream of owning and managing an Italian restaurant with an Argentinian flare in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

This is a tea tasting room. You come to try tea, either via our flights, kyusu, gongfu, and flowering tea pot services or through cups/pots in store. Our goal is to teach you about your tea and help you find a tea that is right for you. Below you will see under service, three areas available for reservation. Our library is for larger parties (5 or more), our map room for parties of 2-6 and our tea shop is the general floor area that has a few tables but will also have the general shopping traffic in the shop.
