It was our first time at Haven and it was well worth it. From the moment you are welcomed to the food itself, it was all superb! The ambiance, the quality of the food and the waiters were very attentive. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a nice place to dine or just to sit and enjoy the drinks, food and view, this is the place you want to be.

We had tuna tataki, crab cake, shrimp ceviche and red snapper. We loved the taste and presentation of the dishes. Very nice interieur with great view on Pontjesbrug. Staff is very friendly and service minded.

This was my fourth visit to your restaurant, and because I wanted to treat some good friends to a nice dinner, I chose your restaurant once again. Upon arrival, we were warmly and politely welcomed by the waiter, who showed us to our table. The music was perhaps a little too loud at times, but it matched the atmosphere perfectly and was certainly not a major issue. What stood out this time was the unusually long wait before anyone came to take our order. The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet we waited almost 20 minutes and eventually had to wave someone over. There were four of us. Most of the food was excellent: the Salmon Gnocchi was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, my friend's chicken dish was rather bland and lacked flavor. She even wondered whether a different chef might have been on duty that evening. The desserts were also not quite as good as on our previous visits. Two of our guests noticed an unusual aftertaste that reminded them of garlic, which was disappointing. All in all, we were somewhat unlucky this time. However, I want to compliment the manager for the professional and courteous way he handled the situation. We were not charged for the chicken dish or the desserts, and one additional dessert was offered as compensation. Despite these issues, I still consider Haven to be an outstanding restaurant. The atmosphere, location, and staff are excellent. The only disappointment this evening came from what was happening in the kitchen. The manager was very understanding and explained that improvements are already being made. I wish Haven every success moving forward and look forward to returning many more times in the future.

I had a really nice experience at Heaven Restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, with a stunning view that made the evening extra special. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe. The only downside was the dessert service. We ordered tiramisu, and it took more than 30 minutes to arrive, which felt a bit too long. Aside from that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend this place!

Food and Location are perfect. The accoutics is a point, we hear also the music from another restaurant above, it was a little bit noisy. Also staff have to be instructed, the plates are removed when someone at the table was still eating. Put it has absolutely potential

Nice spot, good atmosphere. Food was tasteful but pricy. Serving small portions, which makes it overpriced. The hummus for example was very tasty but served with a 1/2 pita divided in 6 tiny pieces. The service and staff was great! They were very helpful and thoughtful. They surprised my friend (who turned 40) with a bit of entertainment and a small dessert.

Het restaurant ziet er heel mooi uit. Eten was heerlijk, smaakvol en mooi. Bediening was vriendelijk maar na eerst 40 minuten aan tafel wachten hebben we zelf moeten roepen en ook daarna bediening moeten halen voor verdere bestellingen. Muziek gaat steeds harder als soort DJ vibe met knipperlichten terwijl we zitten te eten, niet echt passend.
