The Three Seasons Restaurant is a unique learning environment in which Culinary Arts high school students operate a full-service kitchen, bakeshop, and dining room.

The Schartner Family emigrated from Austria. In1902 Julius came to Bolton which was the start of Schartner Farms. Since then we have gone from a dairy farm to a fruits & vegetable farm and corn maze. We are currently the 4th generation operating the farm and the 5th generation is coming along. "Wine Your Way" through our Taste of the Maze event on September 21st, 2024! Nashoba wines, food truck, live music, apple picking and some "A-MAZING" fun in our Celtic's themed corn maze. Tickets sell quick. Book now!
