Although very busy Alison kept us informed at all times. The menu is varied and lots to choose from, the food is such good quality and perfectly cooked. It is a lovely cafe and the food is delicious. There were lots of people there and to think it was just Alison out front, a lady doing the cooking in the kitchen and a young man clearing tables - amazingly well run. Alison is selling the cafe and we are really very sorry about that. I hope that the new owners are as good. A shame to see you go, but good luck in all you do in the future. Pat and Alison.

My dear friends were coming to visit and I needed somewhere with Gluten and Dairy free food.....obviously POOLBROOK KITCHEN AND COFFEE SHOP was the place to go. I was delighted that my friends found something they loved on the menu and there was no problem with dietary requirements. Alison even made a gluten and dairy free carrot cake especially for my friends visit!!! Yummmmmy!!!!! She even took a piece home! Thank you so much Alison and everyone working at Poolbrook you are always my go to place to eat.

What a fantastic place for lunch! I've had to work in my office twice this week so both times I had lunch at Poolbrook Kitchen and Coffee Shop. I had a grilled halloumi salad one day and a homecooked ham and mature cheddar toastie the other day. Such great taste combinations and so fresh! Coffee is excellent too, sourced from a local artisan roastery, I believe. I didn't succumb to the cake this this time, only just managed to resist. Service is great, very friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. The other clientele are also very friendly, often with a lovely community feel as tables chat to each other quite often in my experience.
I will definitely be back soon!

Very enjoyable breakfast. The weather was good enough to sit outside. The only reason I marked down the 'value' was compared to the opposition. I had a fantastic breakie at Morrisons last week which cost me £5. But I realise that you pay extra for the ambience and location, and quite rightly. We'll be back.

this business is a small cafe and can get noisy which is why the ambiance is a 9. We really love it because it is small the the staff soon remember what we like and how we like it cooked. Our grandson also rates it very highly "best breakfast in Malvern".

It was a birthday treat for my friend, but we both very much enjoyed the treat. I tried a meal on the menu which contained items I had never eaten before and my digestive system is not good, usually, and managing different food but this time I had no problems at all. The meal was wonderful, except just a little too much. I would ask for smaller portions next time. My friend was thrilled with the meal and the cafe itself and we will both recommend it to other friends and come again.
